I have no real complaints about this property. Staff here are super cool... The maintenance guys are on point.. kayvon* (I think that's how you spell his name, tall dark skin guy.. super cool...) and angel is dope... dropped everything to help when my AC system started acting weird... Plus all my little concerns around my place. They come through without an issue... Carolyn is so awesome. She remembered my unborn sons name and always asks about him. Also she is the person who gave me the tour of the penthouse I am currently in... all the Leasing office staff have been good to me.. I love it here... pricey but worth it... absolutely beautiful views and amenities are dope!... Terrell Whitty

I have been living here since mid-January. The leasing agents and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful however, my personal experience these last 2 months could have been better. Let's start with how my roommate and I were moved next to an apartment with very loud construction. I appreciate the construction being between 10am and 3pm, but I work at home often, and I am not always able to get things done. Now let's talk about the real issue. We last had consistent working heat at the end of January. Mind you; it's 35 degrees outside. Our heating system will randomly stop working, we call the maintenance team, they come and fix it, and then three days later, it happens again. We have gone through this cycle several times! The maintenance team has been excellent; they respond very quickly and get the job done. I have personally not reached out to any management because recently the maintenance team informed they replaced 2 parts in the system. I am hoping that the issue is full resolved now but only time will tell. With this being said, No one has contacted us to apologize or offer us any sort of accommodation. Although this is a safety and health issue, I am still willing to give the Avalon 3 stars because everything else has been incredible.

We have lived here for a while now and love the complex! The building is beautiful and everyone is great including the cleaning staff and maintenance. Angel was very pleasant when we needed maintenance in our unit. He explained the issue to us and repaired it quickly.

We knew going into it that our AC was broken and would take weeks to fix. Angel and Dominick took it upon themselves to fix our AC so it could be done sooner and we wouldn't have to wait weeks. They worked all day the day we moved in to fix it for us and kept checking the following days to make sure it was running correctly. Pierre always does a great job as well. Love it here!

We had few items to fix in the apartment and we submitted the request, within 1-2 hrs Angel came. He heard our concerns and helped us. Really efficient, professional and took care of everything. Communication was also great and really appreciate it! Overall, great service !!!

The entire Avalon Staff, James, the Leasing office, and especially Pierre in maintenance have been amazing. Beautiful living made easy.

Only moved in a few weeks ago and already love it! Everyone here is very friendly and personable. The maintenance team is quick and efficient and doesn’t waste anytime. Angel and Dominick have come to my apartment to fix small issues and were so nice and were in and out within 5 minutes with the issue resolved.

I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to those looking to move into this area. The staff is excellent and easy to work with. Josiah Paulding did a wonderful job and made the move in/signing process super easy and everything was explained very well.
