I
have
been
living
here
since
mid-January.
The
leasing
agents
and
maintenance
team
are
very
friendly
and
helpful
however,
my
personal
experience
these
last
2
months
could
have
been
better.
Let's
start
with
how
my
roommate
and
I
were
moved
next
to
an
apartment
with
very
loud
construction.
I
appreciate
the
construction
being
between
10am
and
3pm,
but
I
work
at
home
often,
and
I
am
not
always
able
to
get
things
done.
Now
let's
talk
about
the
real
issue.
We
last
had
consistent
working
heat
at
the
end
of
January.
Mind
you;
it's
35
degrees
outside.
Our
heating
system
will
randomly
stop
working,
we
call
the
maintenance
team,
they
come
and
fix
it,
and
then
three
days
later,
it
happens
again.
We
have
gone
through
this
cycle
several
times!
The
maintenance
team
has
been
excellent;
they
respond
very
quickly
and
get
the
job
done.
I
have
personally
not
reached
out
to
any
management
because
recently
the
maintenance
team
informed
they
replaced
2
parts
in
the
system.
I
am
hoping
that
the
issue
is
full
resolved
now
but
only
time
will
tell.
With
this
being
said,
No
one
has
contacted
us
to
apologize
or
offer
us
any
sort
of
accommodation.
Although
this
is
a
safety
and
health
issue,
I
am
still
willing
to
give
the
Avalon
3
stars
because
everything
else
has
been
incredible.
