PLEASE READ‼️‼️‼️ The place is beautiful, but if you have a voucher?!? DON’T DO IT!! Spent my last on this application fee hoping to be considered.Within 30 mins of me leaving out I was denied! But sadly I honestly knew they would deny me. Not because Of a background check(Squeaky clean) or my credit (not bad at all) but because I mentioned I had a voucher, the whole mood changed and I felt like my chances were obsolete. After speaking with my case manager at The housing authority she told me verbatim “Don’t waist your time at the Renaissance club, I have active cases having problems getting in with them” so yes LEGALLY they accept vouchers BUT that DO NOT mean your application will be approved‼️‼️ SAVE YOUR MONEY!! They will take your $30 and deny you within 20-30 tops!! Again place is beautiful but for my voucher holders DON’T DO IT‼️!!‼️ They want 800 credit score(🙄😒) your voucher will not be considered or valued NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU $ YOU MAKE DON’T DO IT

I love my home. The outside property is well kept. However, I wish there was a playground in the community instead of the doggy stations that dog owners seem to disregard. My son plays in the grassy areas outside and often comes home with poop on his shoes/clothes from outdoor play. There has also been quite a few car break ins on multiple occasions and instead of installing cameras in each court the management opted to buy new fancy electronic door keys. It’s nice and all but the community needs a sense of security not just inside the home but outside as well. We need CAMERAS, our children deserve a nice place to play ! Rent has skyrocketed over the past year/2 years. We understand property taxes but not $200 in increases over a year span that’s ridiculous. Again, I love my apartment. It was not upgraded when I moved in, carpet is old and vinyl flooring is old but I made it my own for the time being. I just wish that we had more security. Maintenance staff is prompt with small repairs but the larger more costly fixes , expect to wait 1-2 weeks for resolution. This is not a bad review, it is a real one and pray that there is no retaliation for my honesty!

Don't move into this apartment unless you want your car stolen. Our Car was stolen at the apartment parking lot within a month of moving into the apartment. The management couldn't do anything after we reported the incidence, one would think they would install a CCTV camera in the parking areas. The apartment is also infested with mice and ants, and the sad part is the staff are rude and very dismissive. After the lease expired, we were charged for a blind that was damaged before we moved into the apartment, the management promised they will fix the blind once they get their new blind supplies, but guess what? No one came to fix the blind till we moved out. A staff came to check for damages a week Before lease expires and found no issue, please Tell me why the incompetent bookkeeper charged us for this same blind? Called the office countless times to speak to the bookeeper but she is never in the office or respond to voice messages. For your peace of mind, stay away from this apartment, they lack accountability and very irresponsive!. Ignore the positive reviews you see.

The homes are beautiful and conveniently located. The leasing staff is polite, customer oriented and resourceful. The community property is well kept, clean, safe and offers amenities. Maintenance is available 24/7 in cases of emergency. Shopping in walking distance. Transportation is walking distance from your door. All around great place to live.

I have never had any bad experience with anybody. The environment is safe and well protected. They have the interest of their tenants at heart. I can't forget a day my daughter came back from school and met nobody at home, she went to the lease office and they allowed her to stay until someone came for her. Mrs Jefferson took it upon herself to stay with my daughter even when she was supposed to go home. They are really wonderful people to reckon with

The community is friendly, quiet and clean. There has been no disturbance of any kind, as well as friendly, property management staff. The apartment complex is attractive and community friendly. This is a really a nice place to live and a good recommendation to other potential tenants. - From a verified resident on Apartment Ratings

I've lived at the Renaissance Club apartments for 5 years now and I've had a mostly positive experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will respond to concerns in a timely manner. Now that Covid-19 is subsided I feel the service is even faster. I do feel safety is an issue, but I believe they are working on that. Some things you cannot control, and I understand. I would recommend this apartment to anyone starting out. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I'm gonna be downsizing and selling my house within the next year and I lived in this complex when it was named Loch Ravens Apartments back in 1993-1998. It was (to me) the best apartment complex in the city and I loved it. I used to live in1631 Waverly Way Apt B ,which was a bottom floor unit. I loved being able to access both the front door and the back door. I would love to get another of those bottom floor apartments , only on the end of the building.
