Hey, usually y'all are pretty consistent, but my friend just threw up after eating the soft tacos I ordered. And these chipotle chicken things... It's like someone loosely wrapped them, got frustrated, and twisted them into place to pass them off as wrapped. I'm too nauseated to eat the rest after listening to my friend vomit. This food shouldn't have been served. It was leaking through the wrappers. It didn't seem fresh. Edit: And they just told my friend that in order to refund my order he would need to go to the hospital. I could hear the call, and Sylvia had a really bad attitude. I want to appreciate the coupons you gave me "for the wait" -- pretty sure y'all knew you messed it up -- but coupons don't make food edible and this experience was pretty nasty.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Whoever “N S” is don’t get food when they are working. Intentionally messed with my food all because I asked “oh can I get a Diet Pepsi” and then was looked at and said “did you order one?”. Watched the workers mess with my drink for about 1 minute before giving it to me. I’ll do everything I can to make sure they lose their jobs or the franchisee has repercussions.

Middle aged African American manager was very rude to teen aged girl working there who was correcting my order. She was also rude to me as well. These teens who often are working their first job should be treated better. Not yelled at and embarrassed in front of customers.

Work staff forgot everything but the actual tacos with the order, which were good, to be fair. We had to all them back to get our drink. And they didn't put the sauce in we ordered. Completely incompetent work staff.

The food is always nice. But 7:56 pm on a Saturday, I get it's slow but when I gotta hear the employees loud talking about tummy tucks (ok yeah it's whatever lol it's just a conversation) and ( y'all's some monkey a__ n______, ) not exactly what I want to hear walking in to pick up my food.

I ordered 2 Taco Supreme meals and 1 Loco Taco meal without sour cream on it. They messed the order up and didn't put sour cream on the 2 Taco Supreme meals also. I guess it was an honest mistake. 🤷 The drive thru is so tight I could barely get my truck through it. It is also located in a dark area that looks like it's primed for someone to get robbed at night.

Front sever rude and her customers service needs work. Store has a bad smell of poor feminine hygiene.

The amount of times we've went through the drive thru just to hear the entire staff fighting, yelling "eff you *n word* and hearing the f word 20x in the 5 minutes it takes to get to the drive thru is insane. Constant cursing, constantly messing up our meals and forgetting things that we paid for... it's just a shame. These people should be embarrassed. I don't knock any job, but if you find yourself working at taco bell (or equivalent), the rest of your life... here's why.
