Nyja is great!! She’s very responsive and helpful. However, this is the second winter we have had issues with heat and hot water. Every few days they say it is fixed, but our radiators are freezing cold, the floors are cold like air is seeping from them and we sleep bundled in several layers. We were compensated last winter which was appreciated but it is so disappointing to return home from work or weekend outings thinking we will be comfortable in our home only to realize we continue to have no heat, in 20-30 degree weather. And this is with a toddler in the home.

I went up to the leasing office to get a copy of my lease and get help setting up my resident portal. Nyja Williams was very kind and helpful. I also wanted to look into moving into a renovated unit and Brittney brought me to look at one. Erica was also helpful today in assisting me with filling out the income affordable program request. I always have a good experience when I go down to the office. Everyone is always very helpful, very kind, and respectful. Thank you ladies for making my experience of living at Noah/Yorkewood apartments a good one, I appreciate it!

Went to fill out an application for an apartment. Candace was very nice and extremely helpful. She was very kind and patient. She walked us through the application process step by step. She was very knowledgeable. We appreciated everything that she did for us. Thank you.

Good apartments, nice and quiet, Common handles all the repairs in a timely matter. Candace went above and beyond to offer our apartment at the lowest rate, definitely below market. Ms. Davis also made sure my transition into my new apartment was decent.

I been living here for almost a month now. From the showing of my apartment by Candance and the application process help from Erika I am pleased. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and so far I’m loving the neighborhood and apartment.

I’ve been weighing my options because of prices and locations of apartment hunting but the staff at Noah was very helpful in helping my decision. Candace in made me feel better about apartment hunting and gave a great tour. Super friendly!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Every unit is flooded with mice and the leasing and apartment managers are lazy. Whenever you need help or ask for something they just throw you in circles. Getting in touch with anyone here is a headache and you are better off taking your money elsewhere. Absolutely no coordination in the front office and they change the terms on your lease in the middle of it. By far, the LAZIEST staff I have ever encountered. Also, 50% of the washers and dryers are broken at all times.

Please don’t be fooled by the renovations. Yes the apartments look nice but the mice run ramped in them walls whenever they want. My apartment is infested with mice! Mice that take over the apartment. Weekly extermination treatments have not helped this issue so now I’m scheduled to get a “more aggressive” treatment next week. We’ll see how it goes. It’s frustrating to come home to an uncomfortable living space after a hard day at work. I’m up right now at 1:30 am because I finally saw the mouse that goes behind my dresser at night and I cannot go to sleep now. Also, the heat is excessive! I have a smaller apartment so it gets very hot very fast! Very dry, it feels like summer. I just feel that the heating system is a bit unfair and they will not accommodate you if you’re having this issue. I can understand turning on the heat for the season and allowing residents to control the temp in their apartment with a thermostat but this one temperature and one thermostat for the entire building is crazy. We’re loving Noah at Yorkewood so far! Ms. Akendra was lovely, showed us our apartment. Very personable and the community see very safe. Cannot wait to move in and become apart of it! We love her
