As Wellness chairperson for my employer I've worked very closely with Maria in developing plans for our employees for over 2 years now. Which included my own wellness journey. While the price of the club is more than most gymd it certainly makes up for it in amenities and value especially if you have health issues and are looking to start a comprehensive wellness journey. With a wide range of equipment, 4 pools, classes, kids clubs, multiple locations and 24hr access. ACAC definitely gets vote as a 5 star wellness center for the family. Gym is not as clean as it was before something has changed not sure what. The women lockers showers were being cleaned and now they have mold and are not sanitary just to start with. Sauna is never cleaned always dirty with a smell. Well brick bodies never has these problems if not corrected I’ll have to go to brick bodies. Newer facility updated.

It was very difficult to sign up for barre and pilates classes, at that time you could only sign up 24 hrs prior to class. Before signing I made it clear that I was only interested in these classes. I complained and asked to be let out of my contract but that was declined. I guess Coppermine really needs a retired 68 yr old nurse’s money. I wish they had held up their side of the contract

Great facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, super easy plentiful free parking, clean at all times. My wife loves the group fitness and pools, I like the wide range of equipment. Parking is plentiful, as are towels. Lots of work has been done recently to update facilities.

This center is state of the art and we use only a small fraction of the available amenities and programs. There is something there for everyone. Clean, spacious, has a resort/spa like feel. The front deck is very friendly as all are the housekeepers and staff. This is without question the best place to workout in the Baltimore area. In my few years there they always upgrade and tweak things to keep everything fresh. They just had a major refurbish a couple of years ago of almost the entire facility. It is like new. It is a true gem (pun intended). The staff is actively pulling for the patrons to enjoy the facility and their workout when you arrive. The people that work there are genuinely kind, friendly, and have such a happy vibe its infectious.

Miss the two 92 degree indoor pools like nobody's business. Kind staff and reasonable rates considering what I pay now at my new gym. Wish it was closer...

Joined on a family membership. The whole family loves this place! My kids beg for Kids' Zone, which is a great incentive for me to get a good workout. Bob is the best. He got me registered with no pressure and the best package for my lifestyle. Shout out to Joaquin, Victoria, and Karen, who really make me work for it!

If you can afford it, get a membership here. I have been to dozens of gyms across many states and this is by far my favorite. No pressure sales like L.A. Fitness. Equipment is available, and all the facilities are clean and in working order. The aesthetic is also wonderful. I love working out here.

Clean facility with lots of space. Staff is very warm and welcoming, many noticing my lost look on my first day and stopping to see if they could help without waiting to be asked.

Good classes for me: water tai chi and chair yoga which I attend regularly. Nice pools especially the warm water one. Free towels to use in gym. Modern and roomy showers. Attentive staff who are pleasant & helpful.

My 2 y.o. participates in the Infant & Toddlers swim class. We've been going since she was 6 mo., and we look forward to having our 6 month old join in soon. Sam is an excellent swim instructor and great with the Littles. Staff are always polite and friendly. Facility is always clean. Edit: pool heater has been broken for the last two classes and does not have an estimated date to be fixed. Rather than letting the classes be conducted in the other pool with a working heater or offering us a makeup class, we freeze first thing in the morning. Unpleasant.

I am not a member but take my 5yo for swim lessons. Their prices are very fair for non-members. Mary Kate is a fabulous instructor and my son has learned so much from her.

My son was a guest of a birthday party in the pool area on Sunday 1/7. My son is 14 and autistic and a lot of the kids from the party were also special needs. I was absolutely blown away by the lifeguard staff during the party. I asked several times if the staff was trained in assisting children with special needs because they were absolutely amazing with our kids. Two of the names I caught were Madison and Nick who went above and beyond, but really everyone working it couldn’t have been better. The pool and party room were beautiful and clean and it was a fun time. The staff was out of this world. I can’t get over it! They deserve some recognition. They genuinely enjoyed what they were doing, they encouraged kids to try things they might be worried to, they were helpful but not pushy and so kind with their words. Thank you so much!

Thank god this facility was bought by Coppermine. The pools and sauna is the best. The pool allowed be to recover from my hip replacement.

I recently joined ACAC & no regrets. Everyone is courteous and helpful. They offer an abundance of group exercises. The place is clean and there is always someone at the front desk. I have gone almost every hour of the day & have no issues finding a treadmill etc. They even have a smaller (well equipped) area that is more quiet if this is what you prefer. If you know that you’re going to go a gym at least 4X/week , ACAC is worth the money!

Well-thought-out clean place with everything you need and more. Excellent service and support from all people there, they go above and beyond. Great classes. They also have a lot of activities for kids and families making it more than a regular gym. Definitely recommend 👌.

I enjoy the atmosphere of the gym and the people are really friendly. I feel like it's a small community, and eventually everyone gets to know each other if that's something that is desired.

Great place to work out! I live in the UK (previously CA), and this is where I always go when I visit my brother in Timonium - definitely recommend

Everything you need! Even can drop your kids at Kids-zone located on the side of the building and have 2 hours work out. Awesome staff!

Very friendly staff, nice family pool that’s never crowded during the day, good selection of equipment, and most importantly for me amazing childcare.

The P.R.E.P. program is impressive and the staff is extremely helpful. I have recommended this program to a woman with MS I met on the MTA mobility bus.

I have been a member of MAC, now ACAC since prior to 2000. I now use it primarily for the warm water pools. I use them at the direction of my doctor (not JHH). I have been very satisfied over the years with the service provided. Friendly staff and quality equipment.

There are lots of friendly people here but overall I was disappointed. I'm returning to my CrossFit gym even though it's more expensive. I couldn't get into 75% of the classes that I wanted to take and the ones I did get into were crowded. Not a lot of classes before 9 a.m. for people that work. You have you have to give ten days notice to end your membership or you get charged a whole month.

My family and I love acac. They have a great kids zone so you don't need to worry about a sitter while you work out. The gym itself is huge; they have 3 heated indoor pools and two workout areas, plus several group class rooms. I especially love the spinning classes. The bikes are fairly new and are great for cycling. There are myriad other classes, but I haven't tried them yet. Though, my wife likes the Barre, yoga, and pilates classes.

The management treats people differently based on their origin. Right from day 1. Cannot go here at all.

Management filled with grumpy old timers. Evident the first time you go there ( try talking to bob) not enough weights, very hard to cancel membership, their 10 day trial is a scam. Save your money and go to any other real gym.
