I work across the street and the employees here are always rude. Today I ordered 15 dollars for chicken tenders and asked for a pack of barbecue sauce, I was told to order it on the screen and then go back in line and pay for it. At least 10 people in line so I just left. I will no longer ever go here again

BATHROOM WARNING: Ladies, if you must use these restrooms bring your own TP or tissues. Staff here leave the entire giant TP roll just sitting on top of the TP holders in all of the stalls. This requires EVERY individual to handle the ENTIRE roll to tear some off, so how many clean hands do you think have touched what you’re about to wipe your lady bits with? Not to mention the purpose of the TP holder is to keep the roll protected from the airborne droplets caused by every flush. This is a HIGHLY unsanitary situation. Drive 2 blocks further to the Wegmans or something for safer restrooms.

Terrible experience. Their portion control has gone down Hill . They refuse to make a chicken salad sandwich with bread on the side. If someone is gluten intolerant, they cannot eat bread. So you’re told to get a portion in the refrigerated section. The portion is half the size of what is on the sandwich and more money. A sandwich is $4.85. A tiny portion of chicken salad in the container is $4.99. I was also given a hard time about the situation. I will never go back.

Awful management. Places looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1978. The manager women who over sees the kitchen has awful people skills. Charged me 38 cents for sauce cup to dip that looks like I can only dip one french fry in.Fire management start from scratch and clean up the place. I won’t be going here again. Instead of the helping satisfy the customer needs they rather argue. Sad experience.

I just stopped at this Royal Farms to get a quick breakfast and use the bathroom - the bathrooms have no toilet paper and are so dirty and disgusting! I did not buy any food or drinks because the food service area is as dirty as the bathrooms! The board of health should be called! So gross! This was the Royal Farms at - 11119 McCormick Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 Yuck!

Absolutely filthy! On 7/10, the trash cans were over-flowing and the lot was littered with garbage. The owner and manager should be ashamed. Fortunately, there are other gas stations in the area, and I shall start visiting them instead. To think that Hunt Valley is considered one of the nicer areas in the county.

Best Royal Farms in the area, very updated. The staff here are friendly and quick with their service. Food gets made and put out real fresh, and real fast. For real. The new coffee makers are awesome for a fresh cup of coffee every time. And the diesel pumps are big enough to get my 18 wheeler in. Thank you rofo, Cockeysville!

I was 14th in line with 4 people behind me. The sweet tea was not ready when I ordered the chicken so I had to get in line twice. The Manager was very nice. The two attendants seemed irritated by the customers. 2 check out people, 3 making chicken and sandwiches and one man (Keith) maintaining the common area with orange smock on. If only there were more checkout attendants. (Note: Went back the next day (Thursday) at the same time; 2pm; they had 3 cashiers to check out which made a big difference. Thank you. The sweet iced tea was almost empty but I bought my cup. The time stamp on the tea dispensers showed it was overdue for replacement by 6.5 hours but tasted ok: see photo.) 2nd note: Went back 8:30am Friday. I love their sweet tea. VERY nice cashier. One cashier with 15 in line. As I took the photo, the nice manager manned a second register. Thank you. The sweet tea was very good. The fried chicken is the best around, I think. I continue to return to this Royal Farm store about twice a week because of its proximity to my work and my love for their fried chicken and iced tea. The gas prices are reasonable and have enough pumps for the volume. They also have free air for tires. The management seems to be aware of the lines inside with varying degrees of prompt action. They try to open new registers when possible. Many stores reduce their onhand staff to reduce overhead so the issue here isn't unique. I probably shouldn't have been so judgmental at first with lines of over a dozen people. My 1/2 hour lunch is used up by the waiting instead of the consumption of product. Overall, it is still worth the investment of time for the service and products attained. Thank you.

I purchased a 2 piece tender meal, When I got back to work I realized it was dry and nasty, Then my new coworkers explained to me that I need to drive to the padonia road store becsuse st this time of day that Royal farm's location is always dry and nasty around 3 PM.. So I called the store and of course got no answer, However someone did call me back and offer to replace the meal at that location only.... Why would anybody want to return to the same nasty location???? Poor management

We stopped for gas and ordered food. The food was not fresh. They gave us old fries 10 minutes before the rest of our order. Biscuits were old. The man behind the counter needed some help. He was not able to keep up with all the orders.

I LOVE these folks!! Mye is always so helpful and cheerful. Staff tries very hard to efficiently handle the flow of customers, with goodwill. Who could ask for more?

Came here with a bunch of friends, we are on a totally amazing road trip! Unfortunately only one young man was left to work THE WHOLE PLACE ALONE. But much like Kevin Costner from 1995s hit movie waterworld, he didn’t drown. In fact he went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly, from check out-to-Eating delicious chicken. Don’t come if you are impatient and rude, this is for cool care only.

Great gas prices. In fact probably the best prices in the whole immediate area. Lots of pumps, but beware this place fills up quickly and gets packed. Tasty made to order fast food. Clean bathrooms always.

Cup of Coffee purchase. Cashier stands behind a self serve cash machine watching individuals ring themselves out for over-priced coffee. Due to consumer “not being a cashier” takes triple the time to ring ones self out. Human interaction is worth a salary.

Not a bad gas station. My preferred gas-up location if I'm in the area. Sometimes it can get crowded. Car wash is good, the free air sometimes doesn't work properly. I haven't really explored this place too much but I think they have a truck area in the back for diesel. I have never entered the convenience store part so can't comment on that.

I never been to a royal farms where you buy a three peice tender meal with fries and they say no fries and won't replace with a equal item. I told them give me Mac and cheese they wouldn't. So I lost about three or four dollars cause I didn't get the wedges that should had came with the meal. Talk about crazy. I definitely wouldn't recommend this Royal farms store to anyone traveling. Lesson learned, you got me this time but never again . Hopefully if someone from Royal farms reads my review they will try to make it right.

Love Royal Farms but they were out of croissants and honey mustard. I had already waited 10 minutes and paid before they told me. So I had to basically change my whole order.
