4/5 Paul M. 4 years ago on Google
I
was
14th
in
line
with
4
people
behind
me.
The
sweet
tea
was
not
ready
when
I
ordered
the
chicken
so
I
had
to
get
in
line
twice.
The
Manager
was
very
nice.
The
two
attendants
seemed
irritated
by
the
customers.
2
check
out
people,
3
making
chicken
and
sandwiches
and
one
man
(Keith)
maintaining
the
common
area
with
orange
smock
on.
If
only
there
were
more
checkout
attendants.
(Note:
Went
back
the
next
day
(Thursday)
at
the
same
time;
2pm;
they
had
3
cashiers
to
check
out
which
made
a
big
difference.
Thank
you.
The
sweet
iced
tea
was
almost
empty
but
I
bought
my
cup.
The
time
stamp
on
the
tea
dispensers
showed
it
was
overdue
for
replacement
by
6.5
hours
but
tasted
ok:
see
photo.)
2nd
note:
Went
back
8:30am
Friday.
I
love
their
sweet
tea.
VERY
nice
cashier.
One
cashier
with
15
in
line.
As
I
took
the
photo,
the
nice
manager
manned
a
second
register.
Thank
you.
The
sweet
tea
was
very
good.
The
fried
chicken
is
the
best
around,
I
think.
I
continue
to
return
to
this
Royal
Farm
store
about
twice
a
week
because
of
its
proximity
to
my
work
and
my
love
for
their
fried
chicken
and
iced
tea.
The
gas
prices
are
reasonable
and
have
enough
pumps
for
the
volume.
They
also
have
free
air
for
tires.
The
management
seems
to
be
aware
of
the
lines
inside
with
varying
degrees
of
prompt
action.
They
try
to
open
new
registers
when
possible.
Many
stores
reduce
their
onhand
staff
to
reduce
overhead
so
the
issue
here
isn't
unique.
I
probably
shouldn't
have
been
so
judgmental
at
first
with
lines
of
over
a
dozen
people.
My
1/2
hour
lunch
is
used
up
by
the
waiting
instead
of
the
consumption
of
product.
Overall,
it
is
still
worth
the
investment
of
time
for
the
service
and
products
attained.
Thank
you.
