The food was absolutely delicious. Restaurant was very clean and employees were very nice and accommodating. Everything was made to order and was fresh. The fries were very delicious... top 3 fries in my opinion, nice and thin & crispy. The fish & chips was served with tarter and coleslaw. The Coleslaw was OK... Very inviting and love the self seating. The food was fresh and hot. I ordered steak tacos that came with chips and salsa. I loved the presentation and toppings on the tacos. Truly love at first bite. The margarita flights came in really cute glasses with very tasty options. I will be returning soon to enjoy more good eats and the ambiance. Update: I came back again to try the smoked pork quesadilla on Taco tuesday. Very fresh with a smokey sweet taste. Such a delight.

Surprisingly (to me) I really liked this place. It does not seem like much when you walk up, just a pub style restaurant in a mall... but, the food was really top notch. I had lunch on a Saturday with my 8 year-old. Brass Tap was not overly busy, it was "seat yourself" and we had no issue getting a seat. There is an impressive wall of taps for dozens of draft beer, tho I did not partake on this day. Also, dozens of TVs with sports on them, not my bag, but maybe it is yours. There did not seem to be a kids menu that I could find, unfortunately, so I had to get the kiddo an adult plate (that she could not finish) of chicken tenders and fries. I was able to taste this since she did not eat it all and the chicken was crispy juicy and delicious. I usually will get fish and chips when I see it on a menu, it is a good way to judge a restaurant generally. However, the brisket grilled cheese caught my eye, and I am glad it did! It was DELICIOUS! Loaded with cheddar, pepper jack, pickled onion and jalapeno! The bread was perfectly toasted brioche and a tangy BBQ sauce. The fries were perfect, as well, hot and crispy crinkle cut fries! So good, and our server was great too. I loved the easy pay option with the handheld device, and we were out the door with no problem. I look forward to coming back!

Stopped in today for lunch, weekly specials listed outside before you walk in was nice. Got lucky and happened to stop in when they give veterans a % off (Wednesday) Our bartender/server was the only one working the front and wasn't very busy but managed to keep everybody flowing. Friendly service. Funny seeing people say it's not family friendly...it's a bar...it's in the name. Simple and small menu so I would guess only a small amount is cooked from frozen. Good bun on the burger. Huge selection of alcohol to choose from with a list printed daily.

Came by for happy hour. I brought to their attention that the prices on my bill didn't reflect the happy hour prices on their menus. A manager took care of it.

Excellent service from the server this particular. She greeted me, made me feel welcomed, went over what was good to eat. Basically she made my visit pleasurable. Good food too. Will be back. Hope for the same service. That's their Southern Salad. Buffalo Chicken over a House salad. Blazing 🔥!

Food was pretty good, only thing I didn't care for was the Brussels... They were a bit hard and I didn't care for the flavor. Everything else was pretty good. We went on Tuesday so we enjoyed the Tacos and Margarita for $12 and the Margarita Flight which was amazing. We be back.

Taco 🌮 Tuesday! The specials are good! The Margarita flight $15 is very popular. Conveniently located in the Towson Town Mall. I’m a happy hour person, I was pleased. The server was impeccable and very attentive! I had the special with the 🍹 drink, 2 tacos 🌮 and salsa w/ chips all for $12 🤗🤩.

Ate here with my daughter while at the mall. My 3rd time visiting. Each time, the customer service was friendly and inviting. We order tacos, burger and fries, and wings with 2 sodas. Food was flavorful and hot. The waiter asked for patience and apologized if service wasn't perfect because he was the only waiter. Honestly, I couldn't tell. We received the same great service as always.

Perfect place top get many sorts of craftbeer, delicious food and watching TV Shows. I'll come Back and best regards from Germany!

I put 1 star because. They’re is no option to put 0 stars. Me and some friends of mine entered this establishment in high hopes of having a good time good food with good service but what we received instead was nothing of the sort. All staff were completely oblivious to the fact that we were standing there waiting for a table. We were not greeted or told to hold on. We were completely ignored. Staff walked past us as if we were not standing there. The only person who spoke was a black man from the back. No one from the from of the house assisted us at all. We decided to spend our money the fridays next door.

Food was good. Customer service was good as well. Will be back

Everything was delicious! Must try the carolina sweets.🤤 The burger was one of the best I've had in quite a while. Would give 6 stars if I could; it was that good. My wife and I will be coming back for more.

They have a huge selection of beer on tap. You can't go there and not find something you like. Also the food was top notch. I ordered the jalapeño burger and it was awesome. The service was good as well. Can't wait to go back.

On 5/27/23 was my first time visiting The Brass Tap. I mainly got appetizers . A good vibe , not too overly crowded . My server was Nick, he did a good job, although I had to ask him his name and questions about the menu , he helped the best way he could, I’m a server /bartender and I like to test people skills. I enjoy the games & HH you guys offer during the day and late nite.

Friendly staff, good service. Clean comfortable environment. Food was ok and drinks were good.

Saw happy hour and $15 margarita flights advertised on social media and knew I had to have a visit. Other than the flights not looking as advertised or tasting like the flavors that were advertised I still enjoyed myself. Me and my party had a couple flights and some boom boom shrimp (a little spicy but not bad) and the nachos (watch out for those fresh jelepeños).

So this is my first time here and at this location. Unfortunately, I was told by a friend of mine that they were open until 11 because they have their own entrance. I’m assuming that she was misinformed because she called ahead. In any case when I got there the service was immaculate. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the servers name but she was awesome/New. Otherwise a great experience despite the fact that I got there 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. That’s on me. The menu looks good as well. I did get a flatbread pizza, and that was promptly shoved into a box nonetheless it was acceptable/mediocre. The take away is excellent service nice variety menu. I was able to speak to who I assume is a member of the management, staff, bit dry, But he did seem to understand the situation.

Granted it wasn't busy today like it usually is when I'm in Towson, I'm grateful that it wasn't. The staff are awesome. Paid great attention to me and my mom. We didn't wait long for drinks, food, or just someone checking in on us. That was possibly the best part. The food was really good. Now that I'm home, I probably should not have had the burger due to the gluten but it was sooo good!! Trust me, it's the gluten. I ordered wings to take home. I can't wait to eat those tomorrow. Snacks!!

It was great! Went for trivia night as a date night and the place was PACKED! But let me tell you it did not impead service at all. Only 2 bartenders to handle their very long bar and they were champs. Door came out hot fresh and my few requests were heard and filled in moments. The pretzel was hand down the best thing we got there. Tenders could use a bit of seasoning and the chicken bacon ranch could have a little extra sauce on it to make it nice and juicy.

Went on 9/4/23 at 4:49 pm. When we first got there, nobody was at the front to assist us. Had waitress Mackenzie G. First of all the service we got was horrible. She was very friendly at first but after our first interaction it seemed like we were invisible to her. It took 30 minutes until she came to take our food order. She didn’t write it down. When we got our food, she messed up my girlfriend’s order, and never brought her the margarita she ordered. In the 2 hours we were there we saw the waitress 4 times (including getting our check, never came to check on us while we were eating). She was focused on every other table around us, standing by the line on her phone and talking to the cooks. It was busy so if she couldn’t be so attentive that would’ve been fair. But she was actively assisting every other table around us, completely ignoring us. She never even came past to ask if we wanted a refill of our drinks in the two plus hours we were there. After I ate my food, and my girlfriend sat there staring at her wrong order, the waitress never came by to check on us so sending her food back was never an option. We had to wave her down just for the check after sitting waiting for 30 minutes after I had finished my food. When she finally came back she completely forgot that my girlfriend even ordered a margarita. She did try to make it right by offering to bring out the correct food item and to cover the forgotten drink, but after being ignored for 2 hours we just wanted to leave. The restaurant was nice, and the food i ordered was good. But the service makes me not want to return. Unfortunate that I spend $50 just to sit around for 2 hours being ignored by the waitress. I never even got a refill of my Diet Coke and water. I feel like getting drink refills is the bare minimum. Probably wouldn’t come again.

I didn't get food here, but the drinks were awesome! Good atmosphere for where it's located. You hardly feel like you're inside the mall. There was unexpected music bingo which was fun, and we ended up stay longer than what we were planning (not a bad thing!) The bartenders were very attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full.

I was a little disappointed in my visit here yesterday. While the beer and service was great, the food was lackluster. I had a chicken finger platter with coleslaw. There were only 3 very small chicken strips and a very small amount of fries. They were hot and fresh, but the quantity made it feel like they were being cheap. The coleslaw was terrible. It had no flavor at all. Come here for the drinks and service and not for the food.

Despite I called them and the person in the phone told me I can go with my kid, the manager was so rude and the restaurant has not high chairs for toddlers. If this kind of restaurant is only for adults they should to show in their description. 2 stars because the food is good. It is not suitable for families is more a bar for drinks and friends. Bad family experience.

We went at a good time since it wasn't busy. Food was delicious. My friend and I got the Avocado burger that came with cheese, Cole slaw, and bacon with Avocado. It was an odd combination but very delicious. The staff were very friendly too. Definitely recommend trying this place.

One of my favorite places to come get a drink and food. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I always feel welcomed when me and my family visit there. The food is always good and reasonably priced.

Nice clean friendly sports bar! Many screens to watch it all! Great food. Fast service... and attached to the Towson Town Center!

Food was good, but our bartender was excellent! Constantly made sure we were good with our drinks(which were excellent btw), food, and just overall having a good time was good We even got him involved in our conversation which he had all of us cracking up. Definitely recommend and Definitely will be back.

Always have a great experience here. The trivia night or so much fun. Happy hour specials are great. Love the margarita. Flights on Tuesday nights. Jack and Coke with a mint is always excellent too. Food is really good too. Hard-working staff very friendly.

Food was totally delicious. The fried chicken wrap and fries were cooked to perfection. The desert-cookie with ice cream was delectable and memorable. The server was excellent and very attentive.

I come to the Brass Tap often. Great prices and great food, plus I love the customer engagement such as music bingo. My only small gripe: Some servers are wonderful while others… not so much.

Delicious food and a great place to catch up with friends. I have the bang bang shrimp with fries and my friend got the buffalo wings. Both were great. They also have events during the week and we hope to attend that soon.
