He was personally at every single part of the process not only to help our part as sellers but also to help any buyers when their agents did not have all the answers. Been a real headache being on the buying end of Johnathan as a seller's agent. Where to start? The seller quickly moved out of state after accepting the offer, so Johnathan, the realtor representing him, should have been acting to ensure the things seller needed to do but could not physically do, would be done. We got 4 keys to the house at closing. The seller was not at closing, Johnathan was not at closing. ZERO of the keys unlocked any doors to the house. The only reason we could get in was because Johnathan left the lockbox on the door and our realtor still had the code. So who knows how many keys to our house are floating around, because the seller didn't give us any of his. Still no clue what these keys are for. The seller also left a bunch of junk in the house. I guess he thought we'd want a a torn up office chair? You'd think his realtor would have walked through the house to make sure it was ready for the buyers.Guess not. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Schiff team staged house and had multiple bids the first weekend, then vetted the bids and we accepted over asking price and closed smoothly and quickly all while I was on West coast at my new duty location.
