😠 Kind of disappointing the service at this place. I changed my primary doctor to this location because of a friends referral and although the first appointment went great and the staff is very courteous, they are just not on top of their patients. Kind of disappointing the service at this place. I changed my primary doctor to this location because of a friends referral and although the first appointment went great and the staff is very courteous, they are just not on top of their patients. I had A series of shots scheduled and when I went for my appointment they said they didn’t have inventory, time after time to the point where I had To restart the series of shots at a different facility. I had A CT scan done and was told the doctor will provide me with results the next day but after a series of two weeks of calling and checking the portal, I was told nothing. They were quick to send me a bill and reach out for payment thou.

Unprofessional pcp, most visits he doesn’t care leaving you waiting for over 30 minutes and if you complain he will start blaming you for every mishap and errors he makes, which were frequent, he says one thing and another different one next visit.

Very nice and professional Dr. I trust him. They have appointments every other Saturday. This is very important to me because of my schedule. The front desk is always courteous and their workers /RN/Staff/ have always been very good to me. Great place. Couldn’t ask for anything better! 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

I absolutely loved this place! I found this practice via Google and decided to give them a try due to the great reviews. I haven't had a primary doctor in years and I am pleased to say that Dr. Mmereole is now be my doctor! From the moment I made an appointment, the receptionist was kind and helpful on the phone. When I walked into the office, it was the same level of courtesy that I received on the phone. Every staff member was friendly and informative. I felt very cared for and informed of every step. If you are looking for a doctor, I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Mmereole.

Terrible experience with both the doctor himself, his office and his billing department. Beware of long waiting times, lack of communication, inability of making a diagnosis, unnoticed hidden fees on the follow-up visit. The office staff is incapable of resolving any issues. The most tragicomic thing about the health personel is that they can not even get your blood sample. They litteraly tried 8 times on both arms until they sent me to Labcorp to give some sample. I'll never visit this office again for sure.

Dr. Mmerole is a very good diagnostician. I didn't give 5 stars because patients aren't required to wear masks.

Parking is an issue so I'll start scheduling appointments after 12:00 PM as WNY will slap you with a ticket within minutes if you try to park there. Practice is 5 Stars aside from that.

My appointment started right on time which is really important to me. Good follow-up for my next appointment to discuss my results, etc. Techs, NP and Dr. were all very friendly and approachable.

Very friendly and good atmosphere but I do not recommend. I was severely misdiagnosed for small skin issues that ended up getting worse and costing a lot more than it should have. I was also given an expired covid vaccine which I was notified of after the jab. Totally unacceptable.

11/21 I brought my one year old in for his 12m check up and because he was showing signs of a cold. And also we were concerned he may have a dairy allergy. Paulina checked him and had mentioned that his throat and ears were looking red and irritated, she prescribed us some amoxicillin. Also took some allergy test/blood work etc. we waited for his results to come back he started becoming more irritable, having more symptoms of a cold. Yesterday (the 28th) he started breaking out with small red dots all over his body head to toe, labored breathing, really bad congestion, etc. It’s now been 7days since he was prescribed the antibiotic and have been waiting for that call about his allergy results. As any mom would do I got concerned and sent my husband with our son back to the office. Unfortunately Paulina just so happened to not be there on a Tuesday which I wasn’t expecting but we were reassured by the front desk that Robert can see him (i explained to her everything that was going on with my baby and she suggested we come in right away). On my end I should’ve known to just take my son elsewhere. I advise my husband to ask them about the results while they are there. I walked my husband through everything he recited everything my son experience in the last few days with his symptoms and voiced all of our concerns. Robert had my son waiting for an hour while he spoke to all his female workers and paid absolutely no attention to anything else going on. The first thing my husband noticed is He was SURELY distracted. After some time they go in. He checks my son. Reads results. And simply brushes my son off and “diagnoses” him with a milk allergy prescribed allergy medication and sent him on his way. Mind you this is a 1 year old with spots all over his body wheezy breathing, congested. My husband after noticing how distracted DR is has to question him over and over what to do next what to expect if he’s sending the meds to our pharmacy. leaving my husband clueless heading back home with a wheezy baby worried heart & more questions than answers. We travel very far to get to this office. Because we love Paulina so much. now I’m on my end heading to the pharmacy it’s now almost closing time for the office. I get to pharmacy to my surprise no prescription for our baby. We call the office multiple times, a few minutes before closing and no answer. At all. Now we are freaking out. I spend almost another hour at the pharmacy waiting. Still nothing. It’s now almost 7pm. I head home and my baby is asleep but his breathing has gotten much worse his lips look blue and he’s pale. I immediately rush him to the hospital. And let me tell you, what we found out was heart wrenching. With low oxygen needing a steroid to open up his air way. My one year old has RSV. Completely missed by Robert and brushed off as an allergy outbreak. (Which I’m sure was convenient for him to read tests and assume that’s the cause of this so he can go on with his day) They even said if we gave him an allergy medicine it would’ve just made his situation worse. The amoxicillin also caused another reaction to his illness. It was by gods grace that I knew to bring him just in time. I called today to tell front desk what happened and how could he have missed it. I stated I specifically want to speak to Paulina so the girl said she will call her only to be called back by an angry man with no accountability and pure disrespect. Blaming my husband that he should’ve taken our baby to the hospital because common sense instead. First says he sent the prescription than says maybe I sent a little after closing. And so much more. I think I’ve said enough. Now my baby AND toddler has RSV because it’s contagious. Something that could have been prevented, or even forgiven with accountability and some compassion. A simple sorry would have been fine. A simple how is the baby? Is he okay? No this man was just angry for his mistake and chose disrespect instead. I hope he can learn from this experience. And I can no longer return to this practice due to this negligence.

Don't recommend! I have a problem with my shoulder, and the doctor prescribed an X-ray and MRI for me. The MRI was denied because the insurance requires a medical necessity letter from the doctor. I have been communicating with the doctor's office for about 4 weeks, and the letter has still not been submitted. I called again just now, and before I fully understood what they had done today, the receptionist abruptly hung up the phone. I called them so many times. What should I do now? I have visited the doctor several times before, and each time I have had to wait for around half an hour, even if it's just a follow-up that only takes a few minutes with the doctor. The doctor was sometimes not patient when I was expressing my concerns. ___ update -- 2/1/2024 6 weeks had passed, and I called them up again three weeks ago. The folks at the front desk told me to see the doctor once more and open a new case. I straight-up said, 'I ain't throwing more cash at this just to see zero results.' It's like I'm just a walking ATM for them.

I was only able to give five stars I’d give her a million💜 this is the longest I’ve stood with a drs office, you get the same result every time of your visit, nothing but kindness and helpful advice. Critic free , no judgment or snarky unprofessional comments like you hear in those other practices where you’re condemned for being a new parent or even trying to parent, and she doesn’t keep you waiting in a room for Hours , no useless assessments, if there was any assessments I’m sure she would check it and know what she’s talking about unlike other practices I’ve gone to that just need to add it to Their “to-do” list or complete some kind of Numbers , what I’m trying to say , this Dr cares, she follows up, I can see us coming here For as long as my daughter grows out of it. We love Dr Paulina so much! She gets familiar with you , your child , your names. I’m so glad I made this change two years ago, so grateful to have her.
