I had my annual physical with Helder. What is usually a routine visit, was much more than that. Helder takes the time to understand who you are not just as a patient, but as a person. He embraces your lifestyle, personality and energy to make you feel comfortable in any conversation. He is tranquil, yet, vibrant at the same time, and makes the experience joyous! Helder takes the time asking questions and understanding what it takes to maintain ample health. There was no rush, only focus on identifying how he could help me better my health. The entire High Mountain Health team has an ethos that keeps their patients health at the forefront. This experience was different from any routine visit, and I am excited for my next appointment with such an amazing team! Thank you for all that you do everyday!

The 246 location is the absolute worst. Office staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and don't try reaching out to the owner Diane Rasa because she doesn't have the love for patience like her husband or Dr. Peter Carrazzone started the practice. She stands behind the incompetence and ill manners of her staff and Dr. Ronda White. Her answer is to remove you from the practice and the wonderful care you receive from Dr. Antoinette Deingeniis and the other competent doctors that give quality care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shraytman for quite some time! He is a wonderful, caring, compassionate, and most importantly of all, extremely thorough physician. Once treated, he always follows up a few days later to check to see how you are doing. He truly cares about his patients.

My father in his 70s went here and was diagnosed with the flu and possible pneumonia. They were dismissive and unprofessional, and sent him home with NOTHING. He voiced his concerns and again, they were dismissive and no medicine was given. He went to CITYMD, where they were surprised he was given nothing, and immediately gave him 3 medicines which have helped TREMENDOUSLY. I would definitely recommend going here if you want to waste money, possibly get sicker, while being treated by a bunch of disgusting human beings who CLEARLY do not have time to do their job. I will be updating this review when I learn the names of the doctor that he saw, as well as the names of anyone else he came into contact with at this facility. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH!
