I had a 11:00am appointment. I was called 3 separate tines to confirm. I arrived at 10:50. I was called back at 11:40. Once my x-rays were complete I asked how many patients were ahead of me. I was told 6. There was only 1 dentist in the office which means I would not have been seen for hours. Went to the front desk to reschedule. Explained that there were 6 people ahead of me and I could not wait that long. The young lady looked at me as if this was normal. Had I been hours late they would not have seen me. I truly don't understand why business do these like this. I didn't have hours to just sit around doing nothing. This is my 2nd time going there and have yet to have any services. I'm starting to think it's a sign that I need to go some where else.

My daughter and I came to elite dental after not being a patient for 3 years. I am so glad we gave them another chance because the staff at the front desk were nice, friendly and very organized. The gentleman in the back I think was a hygienist was very nice. He was patient and kind. The dentist we seen was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and tried his best to accommodate my dental situation. He was up front and honest about what wasn’t covered by insurance and he explained every step that made us feel comfortable. I really like how the office dressed up for Halloween. This just brighten my day. Overall our wait time wasn’t too bad especially since I called Monday and was able to be seen Wednesday. I think we sat in the waiting room about 10. - 15 minutes. I would prepare yourself for a wait because some days and times are more busy. I am excited to work on my dental health journey with elite dental.

Terrible wait times, my appointment was at 11:00am for my son and I, we walked out at 1:30, unseen and irritated. The receptionist is not welcoming, I said hello to her when i walked up, happy and energetic, and she did not respond, just looked at me and asked if I had an appointment, whole mood killer due to the rudeness. Then I thought I heard my name called, the receptionist, instead of repeating herself or anither professional gesture, she rudely told me "no no no" with an attitude. Would not recommend this place unless you don't mind hours long wait times with scheduled appointment and rude and unwelcoming receptionist. My son and I will not be returning here.

I’ve been to this location 3 times so I think I can accurately give a review now. The first time I was seen I had to have a tooth extracted. I waited about 10 minutes and the extraction was quick and painless. I had no issues. The second visit I waited less than five minutes and had to have a cavity temporarily capped. That appointment was also very smooth and easy. My third appointment was for the permanent filling. I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room past my appointment time. Once I was back in the room everything was quickly taken care of. I think that this may have been an off day and they were just behind. Overall my experiences have been quick and easy. But wait times can definitely differ.

While the staff was friendly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It was highly unprofessional especially for a family dentist office. I waited in the waiting room with one person for 30 minutes, when finally brought back an associate consistently used foul language quite and talked about how she was “going to put in her two weeks and who she needed to talk to”. Waited about another 20 minutes. Others behind the desk seemed more concerned with weekend plans than assisting. When I asked if there was anywhere that could be recommended that could help with an emergency root canal and they had no idea and gave no suggestions whatsoever. And left with the issue not fix and them just offering to prescribe more pain medication.

Gabriel dental assistant and doc George made the dental appointment such a better experience. First I did not wait that long next I love that they updated the equipment that take the X-rays. The old way I hated the sharp pieces in my mouth they were uncomfortable and vet hard.Next Gabriel was very quick and had a great pleasant energy. He just seemed nice knowledgeable and caring. He also cleaned everything once he was done.The doc explained everything and gave me a referral for what I needed. This time the dental experience was much better and than previously.I now feel much more less afraid and anxious to get dental work done. JG

If I could give no stars I would!!the dentist who cleaned my teeth bruised my gums and also was heavy handed. Didn’t ask was I okay anything. He didn’t even apologize. A cleaning shouldn’t have hurt the way it did. Also staff was okay but played loud rap music which was unprofessional. The whole experience was horrible!! I will not be returning here and I don’t think you should go there either!!

This office is THEE WORST!!!! I have never dealt with so many issues in my life. This office wouldn’t write my child a prescription for pain even though they clearly said she had a broken tooth and needed a route canal (which insurance denied becauseoffice submitted the referral wrong.) I had to speak to an office manager to get a pain prescription for my child. I went to pick it up twice during OFFICE HOURS and the office was randomly closed. Meanwhile my child continues to sit in pain!!!

No I’m not ashamed to post my tooth. When I tell you I’ve been in pain for weeks. I couldn’t wait for a root canal. I scheduled an emergency appointment yesterday for extraction. They were able to get me in today. This dentist did and exceptional job from the numbing procedure to the initial extraction. The moment he pulled that tooth out. I felt the relief almost instantly. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This was a nice place to go for dental care. Everything was explained clearly and was able to get what I needed done treated. Cleaning was great and staff was fast and pleasant. And my daughters were entertained with the huge play area they have for kids.Will be returning

My appointment was at 12:30pm. Arriving ahead of my appointment time, the office was jammed packed with people. After waiting 2 hrs. and still not being seen, I had to reschedule my appointment. This was completely unacceptable, considering if you arrrive 15 mins late, you can be refused service at most offices. I will never make an appointment unless I can be the first one seen. Absolutely never again!!!

Today I went to my appointment to just get X-rays done and Mylah was my technician. She greeted me as she came in and explained me to what we were doing today. She talked to me through each step of my appointment and made sure I was comfortable and aware. I verbally thanked her for talking to me through it because no other technician talked me to the way she did for prior appointments. Mylah’s patient service is above and beyond. I will always ask if she can be my technician from now on for every appointment in the future.
