    There's a location a few miles further down that's significantly better than this one. I don't like coming here as the place seems to be understaffed at the employees don't always seem to know what they're doing. Another employee, Franklin, didn't even know the store phone number when asked and got an attitude with a customer once police were present after he called the police on the customer. I'd suggest driving a few more minutes and going to the other location.

    From PS4 to Xbox they have it all if you want all the latest games the staff at GameStop will definitely steer you in the right direction and they have all of the PS5 controllers in every color now

    I was in the area and decided to stop at this gamestop. The staff at this location are clueless and prejudice. I don’t mean to be crud but most game-stops I visit I find exactly what Im looking for, but this location did not resolve my issue. I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff at this location. They stand around unhelpful and unaware of their own policies and refuse to help you. I recommend going to a different gamestop. You’ll receive better service and a friendlier staff. When I asked to speak to a manager, because they refused to help me, the woman then says she is the manager. After this I contacted another gamestop and they told me to swing by to help with my issue. It was a female manager

    The woman here who is the manager accuse me of having a fake receipt when I walked in and said, I had a return, she had not even touch the receipt before accusing me of having a fake one. Needless to say, I went to the original store, where I brought it from in Willow Grove, and returned it without a problem! But that was a hour away when I was refuse service from my local games that I would not suggest any person of color going to this establishment unless you want to be harassed and belittled! Please take your time and money to a different game stop!

    Got an email telling me my order was ready to pick up. Came to the store the same day and they can't give it to me because the system is down. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

    If you know better please stay away from this location. The manager is pretty much incompetent and will sell you something she knows absolutely nothing about but will lead you to believe she does. If you come in there with maybe 2 or 3 people ahead of you, expect to still wait close to 20 minutes for service. They’re that slow and talk to the customer about everything especially trying to sell them something else. Meanwhile the line starts piling up. They honestly need to shut this location down, the GameStop down the road in Folsom is more suitable and easier to deal with. I don’t think I can ever set foot in that location ever again after how I was treated by GameStop and truly because of it and that manager I’ll probably only deal with GameStop when I have to due to my systems warranty with them but other than that I’ve been giving my gaming business to Walmart and online stores. Im just done with the GameStop abuse and negativity

    The manager there, Darla I believe her name is extremely racist. She refused to provide me any service. As soon as I walked in the door she didn’t ask me what I needed or what I had came in for it. She simply said she’s unable to service me and that I need to leave the store. When I asked her, is there anyone else that could help me she refused there was another young white woman there that did nothing or said anything.

    I would never go to this location again. And it’s sad because it’s 3 minutes away from my home. But I rather go somewhere else. The staff are not helpful and dismissive. The older woman at the location must be prejudice or something because I did not deserve the treatment I received.
