Awesome dojo! I hate the training sometimes, but it makes me a solid Mixed Martial Artist. I have been coming here for years, and I keep on coming.

I am fairly new to Quintella and to Mma. In the short time I’ve been training here, I’ve learned a lot. Everyone in this gym is very welcoming, supportive and helpful. Every instructor I’ve trained with has been great. I haven’t experienced one bad ego or attitude. I believe it’s due to Sensei Alex’s great character and the way he leads by example. Not only in training but in life. I love watching how he teaches and interacts with the children. I am looking forward to bringing my son here when he’s old enough. It’s definitely a family oriented environment. Highly recommended!!

Amazing gym! Since the first day I entered everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Multiple black belt and high level instructors who all teach with patience and precise detail! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

Quintella is both evolution and high performance. They really deliver the technique and principles of Jiujitsu. It's more than sport, it's a philosophy of life. I can testify, Quintella has my full respect.

The atmosphere and trainers here at Quintella in Folsom are amazing. I (my 2 children) are new to MMA and we were welcomed with open arms. Alex gave us the opportunity to watch/train for a week at no charge. Both of my kids, age 4 and 12, felt comfortable and wanted to join the program. My daughter now trains 3 days a week in Muay Thai and the same for my son with jujitsu. We are now 8 weeks in and learning so much each class. The trainers have tons of patience with the younger kids as they are easily distracted. We attended a local competition to watch our new friends compete. We were proud to see so many students of Quintella at all levels rank among the best. I highly recommend this MMA school based on cost, the wealth of knowledge provided, and the resources to grow in the sport. 10 out of 10!

This is THE best academy to train in Delco! I have my twins training here and Alex has a phenomenal way of teaching, both kids and adults. He truly has a heart of a teacher and finds a way to be both encouraging and when needed, pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. Great atmosphere and people are very welcoming. I trained with Alex years ago and will be starting my own training again too! So glad my kids are here, I can see there confidence growing and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!! Hands down the best!

Sensei Alexandre Quintella is the best jiu-jitsu teacher ever. A phenomenal teacher and an exceptional person. His passion for teaching and dedication to students made his academy a great place. Until now, former students like me are still bonded by true friendship.

This place is PHENOMENAL. My Coach and I are in town from Charleston, SC for my showcase match tomorrow and I wanted to get some extra training in. Having never met us, the owner opened up the mats downstairs so we could train, and one of his students came down to work with us. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was energetic and hospitable. There was a kids class happening on the main floor and there looked to be 25+ kids, broken down into small groups for more individualized training. The parents all seemed to get along and it felt like a big family. Mike, the student that came downstairs to work with us, also told us they have a kids class and adult class at the same time so parents can train knowing their kids are having a good time and being taken care of. As a mom of a bjj kid myself I LOVE THAT. Thank you guys so much! We really appreciate everything and look forward to sending our teammates your way when traveling 🙏🙏🙏

This gym was my first experience with any martial arts or combat sports and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get started. From day one it was a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to keep at it. Sensei Alex has a great teaching style that really makes the combination and techniques stick with you and the students are always ready to help out.

I’ve been training at Quintella a little over a month. From the first day walking in the door everyone was welcoming and helpful. The Owner Alex goes above and beyond for his students. Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu are a work out like no other. I’ve already lost 10 lbs. I was always hesitant to join an MMA gym, but I’m so glad I did. Quintella for life!

This is the place to go for Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA. Alex, the owner, is an amazing person who has a deep history in fighting and knows what he's talking about. Everyone there, from Alex himself, to the other instructors and even all the students are super friendly and won't hesitate to help you out at a moments notice. What is also amazing is the life lessons he sometimes teaches at the end of classes. I know I'm a better person just by enter his gym everyday. Check it out, you won't regret it!!

I brought my son here 8 months ago looking for a place for him to learn self defense. Instead we have found a family. He now has many, many great role models. He has learned to be confident, humble, and to have self control. Sensei Alex has made this a very special place and we are proud to be part of it ❤️
