No wifi connection No light when we got in to inspect the rooms and it didn’t come on till we left It was too lonely and quiet empty for an hotel N.B All these didn’t make me lodge

An average hotel in VI. Nothing really fancy or fascinating. Quite old too plus most utilities were not working. Renovation would really do a lot of good here.

Please no one should ever dream of going to this hotel, because your life is not safe sleeping there. I REPEAT, DON’T EVER EVEN IF IS FOR FREE.

You may visit for just site seeing It doesn't worth calling a Hotel, very poor service, no Source of Adequate Electricity, very poor service, the rooms smell, it's a hostile environment. I made a reservation but couldn't stay on getting there.

I got here and the service was wow……. They treat everyone equally. Regardless of who you are

It's a very beautiful place just that it's an old fun place, but they currently under renovation both aesthetics and activities. The place should the up and running soon. But it's an overall beautiful filling spot on the island.

It's a wonderful place to visit for your delightful and tasty food, assorted drink and a pool to cool off... You experience the true African atmosphere as the hotel is decorated with African historical images, giving you a sense of Afrocentrism.

Price is fair for the Ambience (Heart of VI) and the place looks more homely as well, 100% security, staffs are well mannered respectful and always ready to help. Their food is quite good , delicious and tasty. But the reception needs a TV at least . Water supply is 100% white and clean . I enjoyed my stay all the way from Delta states . It’s a good hotel that has some classical and ancient touches.

A quiet, serene hotel with an ambient atmosphere.

I have to give this hotel props for the dated affluent ambience. Asides that, it was a terrible experience. Almost everything didn't work. And there was a loud whining noise all night from the smoke detector. I had to take my bath in another room cos my bathroom got flooded.

This is the first hotel that only depends only on NEPA light to run their services. Once LEDC took off the power the rest becomes history.

I stayed there for one month and I can tell you it's a nice place to be

Friendly staffs , Ambience is great, warm reception, food is top notch and services in general is fantastic. Spa services is a top notch as well. Home away from home and the staffs are always helpful. I had enough complimentary and there was light and water throughout my stay here too.
