With
the
surge
of
many
food
delivery
companies,
one
would
think
a
company
like
Jumia
Food
Ghana
that
has
been
in
the
market
for
a
while
now
would
have
the
best
customer
service
experience
but
thatโs
not
the
case.
Itโs
been
6
days
since
I
made
an
order
to
a
vendor
from
their
app.
After
several
minutes,
got
a
notification
on
the
app
indicating
that
the
delivery
guy
has
arrived
with
my
order.
Went
outside
to
meet
up
but
he
wasnโt
there.
After
several
calls
to
him,
I
finally
reached
him
only
for
him
to
tell
me
that
he
was
still
at
the
vendorโs
location
and
that
the
vendor
has
closed
when
he
arrived
to
pick
my
order.
I
immediately
made
a
call
to
their
call
center
to
report
this
and
was
promised
refund
of
my
order
will
be
done
early
morning
next
day
since
I
paid
via
MOMO.
Till
now,
no
refund
has
been
made.
Whenever
I
call,
they
will
say
refund
will
be
done
shortly
or
an
agent
will
call
you.
When
I
chat
them
on
their
Live
Chat,
they
will
say
they
are
sending
reminder
to
the
payment
to
be
done
and
refund
will
be
done
shortly.

I
wonder
what
their
definition
of
shortly
is.
The
money
is
just
31.35
cรจdis.
One
of
the
annoying
moments
of
this
is
twice
I
went
on
their
live
chat
and
an
agent
called
Emmanuel
A.
received
my
chat.
He
ended
the
chat
session
on
both
accounts
after
I
had
made
my
complain
without
giving
me
any
feedback
or
assurance.
With
brands
like
Glovo
giving
a
good
competition,
you
guys
are
feeling
yourself
with
this
kind
of
treatment
to
customers.
