Food was excellent, staff was kind, only prices could be a bit lower :)

One of the best meals we had in Croatia, and we had many good ones... This was excellent local food of sizable proportions combined with friendly as service and warm atmosphere. Certainly worth a detour for a visit here

Very happy with the service and the food was very nice and tasty. They were very accommodating as we had kids with us and have immediately offered us a high chair. We had their specialty of the day, pljukanci (homemade pasta) with croatian mushrooms called vrganji, and boškarin (istrian breed of beef) carpaccio as starter dishes and then we had a veal knee which was literally to die for, so melty and soft! We also had a beef tomahawk and rump steak, all really delicious. We had their house wine Cabernet, which I enjoyed much better than the glass of Korlat's Teran I had after. For desserts, we had white chocolate and raspberry cake, pear and mascarpone crumble and pistachio ice-cream. Everything was absolutely lovely, but the pistachio ice-cream definitely wins the race! It was out of this world! Definitely a must try! Altogether, a really nice experience if you are into fine cuisine and would like to try a bit of everything as the staff was very accommodating and made main dishes as starters to share for us. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Looking forward to be back.

Absolutely amazing food! I had pizza and its by far the best in Rijeka and one of the best I’ve ever had. The other dishes also look amazing and apparently taste great aswell!

Wow. Wow. WOW! Simply incredible meal with a fabulous view overlooking the water. Unsurpassed service. Each dish was delicious. The black risotto is spectacular. The beef tomahawk steak is more than enough for two and is one of the best we have ever enjoyed. Desserts are delightful. And the waiters can recommend good local beers and wines.

We came here upon reccomendation from the Villa owner, and how we were surprised! It's very accomodating place, menu has a great selection of food, and the view from the top of the hill is just nice to see and chill. We took some appetizers, so we would reccomend trying out steak tartar, the BEST ever tried! Other than that, the steak, the grilled seafood - also very good.

Made a reservation for 2 and were welcomed in a very unfriendly and agressive manner by the main waiter. After 15 Minutes during being completely ignored we left. Apparently tourists are not liked in Kastav.

Excelent place to eat! Food is very tasty and the choice is great. Polite and friendly staff. Maybe it is a little bit problem to find parking place but when you manage it and you come in front of the restaurant you would be stunned by view on the Adriatic sea and surrounding islands. You should try it!

Not the cheapest place but food more than justifies the price. If the weather is good i suggest sitting outside and also enjoying the view.

Generic steak taste not sure about steak origin, but well grilled, rare, medium and well done. The terrace needs fewer and better quality tables, with table cloth hopefully. When you call for reservations, try to make sure that there's a parking lot available around the place, as it can get pretty crowded during the weekends and summer evenings. The staff is what makes a great experience, well mannered and quick service.

Good selection of food. Risotto is especially great. Terrace is very cosy and has a seaview. Unfortunately coffee was bad. My wife refused to drink it, I did and had digestion problems afterwards.

In my personal experience this place is absolute jewl of what Croatia can offer! I eat in hundreds different restaurants per year and this the best one! I had rare steak. Top class quality and preparation! This place is on my "I'm coming bacak ASAP" list. Enjoy 😉
