with
cooked
potato
and
sea
lavender
with
toast
with
Spanish
crayfish
and
a
soy
sauce.

dried
mushroom
and
a
fig.
Starter:
Cod,
sauce
with
leek,
beets,
sugar
snaps,
arugula
and
a
rocket
cream.
Intermediate
course:
Scallop
ravioli,
risotto,
summer
truffle,
sea
lavender

Sea
bass
baked
on
the
skin
with
a
shrimp
croquette,
frigola
pasta,
gray
shrimps,
green
asparagus,
yellow
zucchini

candied
