Highly rate the team at Ashgrove Clinic, I originally booked an appointment due to a running injury and wanted a second opinion and was hoping to gain some assistance with recovery which I found. I more recently attended as I was struggling with muscle pains. This turned out to be due to bad posture at work etc. The diagnostic work was fast, and the treatment fast and effective. I've been going back regularly as a check-up and to make sure I don't fall into bad habits, it also really helps keep in good shape and make sure my training is in the right direction too, it really compliments. It also helps that the team are really nice people too.

Oliver is awesome, went in apprehensive, came out feeling so much more relaxed. Just the start of my treatment, but if today is anything to go by, I’ll soon be on the mend!

The clinic has recently moved to this beautiful property in the Market Square. It was fairly easy to get an appointment. I had a 20 minute free consultation to try to diagnose a problem with a view to treatment. I probably do not need treatment just now and there was no pressure to do so. I saw Rob Gaylor at the clinic for shoulder and neck pain. He was professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what my body needed at all times and talked me through everything he was doing, making sure that all treatment was right for me personally rather than just going through the motions of doing particular moves. Combined with exercises to do at home, my range of movement is significantly improved as are my pain/ discomfort levels. I highly recommend him and will be going regularly.

Complete waste of time. Phoned them several times before my appointment to check my MRIs were received and reviewed; they assured me it'll be fine and didn't say anything more... 20 mins before my appointment and while I'm in their car park they phoned me to tell me there's not any point in attending as they don't have my MRIs from me! Complete timewasters... I would sincerely avoid this place.

Brooke is absolutely wonderful. Took our colic baby for cranial osteopathy and it has made so much difference. Our baby was always comfortable with her and so much more relaxed after each session. We will absolutely be returning if we need anything else! Thank you so much We were recommend your clinic by someone else whose child had colic and we'll be passing on that recommendation for sure.

I have been having laser treatment on my knees for osteoarthritis with Tina . I have to say the improvement in my knees as been very positive, I have more movement in the joints . I’m now trying the laser on my hands for joint pain . Can highly recommend this treatment. Tina is a lovely lady , who explains how the laser works , there’s no pain . It’s well worth booking the 20 min free consultation to get all the information before starting treatment.

My mum has a frozen shoulder and had visited urgent care centre but they had not been able to offer treatment and was awaiting a call from an NHS physio which there is a 21 month wait! So we went to Oliver at Ashgrove and even after just 1 session my mums movement has increased. She was informed how many sessions she should expect and Oliver was fantastic and has brilliant bedside manner. Couldn't ve happier with the service. Thank you.

Oliver made me feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I met him we had a chat and he explained everything in detail of what my problem was and how to deal with it after my treatment I felt much better highly recommended Oliver and ashgrove clinic.

Georgina was very friendly and capable. She was able to diagnose my problem and come up with an effective care plan. Highly recommended for those with lower back pain problems!

IDD really works! After 6 months in agony, taking 8 co-codamol a day, having had a spinal injection that didn’t work and barely being able to stand/walk, I was completely stuck. Rachel and her team were just amazing, guiding me and reassuring me to trust the process. It took a while but I am now pain free and able to do normal daily activities liking getting dressed unaided. I can now pick up my newborn baby which felt impossible before, everyone should try IDD.

My whole experience at the Ashgrove clinic has been faultless from start to finish . Georgina was absolutely fantastic and very friendly . I feel an awful lot better already and looking forward to my next session

Rob at Ashgrove was superb, really professional, diligent and very knowledgeable. In my first consultation today he was able to diagnose the issue with my shoulder that the NHS had missed. Delighted with everything and I cannot recommend Rob and Ashgrove highly enough.

I made an appointment for my back as it was getting stiffer and more painful by the day and stopping me from working. I did think I may have done something drastic but Oliver put me at ease and, after some gentle manipulation, suggested it was far more likely just to be tightness and stiffness. I was given some exercises to do at home. Essentially, I crawled in and walked out! Going back next week and couldn't recommend higher!!

I have been receiving laser treatments from Jay and Tina and truly amazed by the results. Firstly, a very friendly giant of a golden retriever came bounding over to play with my beautiful golden girl and ran full pelt into my knee .. yep all 38kg! My knee bent backwards crunching and clicking 🤦🏼‍♀️ I thought oh nooo, this is going to take weeks in recovery but seriously, after one laser treatment with Jay it settled down within days and a week later had completed healed including existing ongoing aches from a torn ligament 10 years ago! Secondly, after experiencing that spectacular result on my knee, I was intrigued as to whether or not it may help with pain control from a torn rotor cuff injury. I am on my third treatment and the pain has decreased significantly and have measurably more movement in my arm .. this treatment alongside guided exercises is unbelievably beneficial. If you are struggling and have become resigned to your issues please please please have a chat with the experts for their advice and possible solutions. Oliver knows his stuff. I walked out of there feeling so much better than when I walked in, with the knowledge of the correct exercises I need to do to get back my old self. My only regret is not going to see him sooner. Instead of having years of back problems.

Rob (osteopath) & I seemed to be on the same page. It was my first appointment with him but I'm hopeful that we have found a way forward with my knee problem. Time will tell of course.

Having recently broken four ribs I cannot praise Jason for his excellent care and quick response to me needing the K Laser treatment for a short but intensive period. I've had the enormous privilege of being treated at Ashgrove for various very painful conditions over the past 2.5yrs ..... a torn rotator cuff and meniscus plus thoracic/lumbar scoliosis/disc issues with Oliver Eaton and excruciating congenital ingrowing toe nails with Jo Fowler being but a few, as I also come with osteo arthritis, Hashimoto's disease and FMS. I have been treated for congenital structural conditions my whole life in locations across the world, including Australia. So when I say that Ashgrove have achieved world class results, I have a reliable benchmark from which to make such an assessment. My relief from pain was rapid and long lasting. These are just 2 examples: I went from hobbling along needing a walking stick to full mobility in 6wks after seeing Oliver. His gentle, thorough and highly skilled treatment, advice and exercise regimes have had a long lasting impact upon my mobility. I was in agony with my toenails over a Bank Holiday weekend and Jo's clinic diary was fully committed so she urgently arranged with Claire, one of the clinic directors, to have me treated at home outside clinic hours thereby relieving my suffering without any fuss or unnecessary delay. Jo's tenacity and attention to detail in ensuring that my nails were properly dealt with was fantastic and brought instant relief. Absolutely brilliant support! My overall recovery rates have been outstanding, contributing factors being the highly professional, skilled, competent, empathetic and supportive treatment ethic that encourages one to feel totally enabled to sustain recovery as opposed to creating a dependency upon longterm treatment. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough for maintaining a strong healthy body and keeping longterm conditions under control. Fantastic work done on my shoulder by Rhodri. Felt like my locked impinged shoulder would be something I would have to live with as injury was over a year. After my sessions my shoulders have improved to the point of pain free basis. Biggest of thanks for his professionalism and knowledge!

Jo Jones has been looking after my family for the past 15 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly, professional and welcoming. Jo's work on my neck and shoulders over the years has always taken care of my migraines. Well worth a visit. You may be surprised at the results that can be achieved under the hands of a skilled Osteopath!

I have not needed the Ashgrove clinic since they moved but when I did need them a couple of years ago they were fantastic. Apart from the treatments being so helpful with routine aches and pains, they were extremely good when I thought I had fractured my neck in an accident, sitting me down and helping with the interpretation of an MRI report, and then advising me about what to do to be comfortable until the consultant could see me. And they did not charge me for this help. I would advise anyone with any doubts to go to the clinic and ask for help. They are great!

Had 2 sessions with Oliver and very happy with everything I received to treat my issue, I am now pain free. Very helpful in giving exercises to help me further. Was very impressed with the free 20min consultation which was brilliant to establish if they could help in the first place. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend!!

Had a bad back for several weeks, recommended by friend. Had a consultation which was very thorough. Then booked in for a treatment, because of a holiday I had booked it was a week before I could go, by the time the appointment came my back was on the mend but still attended. Jason did some work on my back, but in all honesty he said I did not need anymore treatment unless things got worse. Would definitely recommend the clinic as they don’t take advantage and won’t treat you if it’s not needed.

I have had several osteopath treatments over the years and every time my pains have been totally relieved. Every stage of the treatment is explained whilst being carried out and advice on remedial exercises given at the end of the session. I have always found it so easy to book online and pinpoint the treatment I require. The Ashgrove has a superb, experienced team and offer a tremendous range of treatments. I would not hesitate to recommend The Ashgrove Clinic to anyone and have on numerous occasions.

Ashgrove are fantastic. They make you feel completely at ease, their communication is amazing. I was treated by Oliver and he was brilliant at explaining everything to me. I have recommended them time and time again and will continue to do so. As an added bonus the building they are now in is lovely if you like old buildings and the parking right outside is handy.

Amazing results. I hurt my back in January 2022 and actually had to leave my job in retail in April because I couldn't do the job as expected. I went to physio twice during February but didn't have any effect, did not help. I have now seen Oliver 3 times and what a life changer. I have now been able to return to work. Thank you so much.

I suffer from lower back pain periodically, it comes on quite unexpectedly and is extremely debilitating. I managed to get an appointment with Tina who massaged my very sore muscles and I learned it is not my back at all but muscle spasm in my Glutes . I have had three sessions with Tina and have been given excercises to do at home and I can honestly say at the moment I am now pain free 😊

Staff at The Ashgrove Clinic are very kind and polite and they listen to your issues. They make you feel valued as a client and they are very professional in the way they provide treatment and support. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in with bilateral splints and in a considerable amount of daily pain. I saw Rob and he diagnosed me straight away, did some adjustments and gave me some exercises to do. I'm now about to have my fourth session and have been splint and pain free for weeks! I couldn't recommend this place and Rob more! Friendly, professional and will get the correct diagnosis.
