I ordered a sub, while eating saw a fly in it. I called the subway and they dont even felt how serious concern it was and wanted to provide another one. Do not buy from Subway Gomti nagar. They dont have any hygiene standard. NOT Recommended. I ordered via zomato.

Worst service. I paid for gold and got sand. Ordered 2 30 cm on Sunday morning(my favourite day of the week). The filling was stale, the bread burnt. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give the service an F! No reachable contact number of the restaurant and the guy making the subs must be a khichdi specialist. No one can make a sub that bad! NEVER ORDER FROM SUBWAY GOMTI NAGAR! SAVE YOURSELF PEOPLE!!!!

I visited and an employee of Neighbouring icecream outlet gians wearing their dress was preparing food and serving food , employees don’t care about small orders and they told me that they don’t have small wrap then they refused egg sub and they even refused my order as it was less than 100 rs , other customers were also complaining , I saw some cockroaches on their shelf also may be they were preparing their own subs , thank me later I saved ur life for not eating their .

I love subway. They have so much of variety so that they might tailor your choice for you.

Nothing to say more about this international brand ,love the taste and freshness of bread and cookies

My experience is a complaint. The chicken teriyaki sub was overflowing with excessive sauce which I pre-prompted to the sandwich artist. He did not do anything just said it's as per standard and served. Within a minute of eating the sub was all dripping and soggy. I did manage to eat somehow but it was the worst subway experience ever. Ironically, the best customer service experience was also at the patrakarpuram, lucknow outlet.

Please don't sell empty baked breads ,do cancel the order instead selling these on swiggy Zomato platforms people where ppl trust blindly. If you don't have supplies please don't take orders.

Well i must say i am surprised by the service they have offered one of the best subway in city right now my sub was amazing. Mr. Divyanshu thanks for being so humble!

This used to be my best place for subway!! N it was always awesome... But yesterday's was the worst experience... They don't even put proper n adequate amount of sauce.. subway is all about sauce or vo hi missing hoga to there is no use... Last time wala staff is quite good.. may be they have changed the staff .. I don know.. it's just the feedback.
