Complete
assessment
with
the
topics
ambience,
service
and
food
NOTE:
Remembering
that
this
is
my
experience
on
a
busy
day,
if
my
opinions
may
differ
from
yours
Atmosphere:
the
ambiance
is
good,
it
matches
the
restaurant
you
want
to
go
to,
however
in
the
heat
of
Rio
Branco,
I
think
only
one
room
has
some
kind
of
refrigeration
and
it's
kind
of
bad,
and
the
place
is
also
very
muddy
when
it
rains
Service:
the
service
is
not
one
of
the
best
in
the
city,
I
have
seen
much
less
recognized
and
smaller
restaurants
with
better
service
than
Mata
Nativa,
when
we
arrived
and
placed
the
order,
after
approximately
10
minutes,
we
had
to
place
the
order
again
and
we
went
informed
that
it
would
take
50
minutes
for
the
order
to
be
ready,
I
understand
that
it
was
a
very
busy
day,
however,
I
think
the
restaurant
could
have
more
organization
for
busy
days
Food:
we
ordered
a
jug
of
juice,
roasted
tambaqui
and
sun-dried
meat,
we
told
them
that
we
wanted
the
juice
to
come
with
the
food,
and
the
juice
came
individually
twice,
showing
the
lack
of
organization.
The
manioc
was
dry,
unseasoned
and
there
was
a
strand
of
hair
in
it.
When
I
ate
the
meat
I
thought
I
was
eating
a
shoe
sole
The
fries
were
basic
The
beans
had
no
taste,
and
the
same
thing
for
the
rice.
The
cheese
came
cold
And
the
only
thing
that
was
saved
was
the
fish
and
the
vinaigrette,
but
still,
lemon
and
salt
are
not
the
only
seasonings
in
the
world,
but
on
the
other
hand
the
fish
was
very
tender.
Conclusion
(summary
of
the
work):
the
service
is
bad,
the
food
is
half-assed,
but
on
the
other
hand
the
ambiance
of
the
place
is
good,
improve!!!
