My experiences at Paradise Park have not all been good ones since I first arrived there. Most of these winter visitors go about keeping to themselves by keeping to their culture or group.. The real problem is the method the By-Laws (highly generalized )are enforced by the authoritarian-like "Board of Directors". This board has been composed of people that live in the park for part of the year and there has only been one female elected to run it (as president) for about 5 years). So it's mostly the "good ole boys " that run it, and their-in lies the problem.

Very clean, it's a shame that they ask a lot of requirements to have a lot and they also put you on a waiting list

The board and the president have conned us out of $5,000 Plus three buyers in order to sell the place after her death and the president at the time told the people who gave her covid not to tell anybody beware of owning or renting in this park. They abuse the elders.

No words can describe terrible experience after mom's death. Many good people there but a few made it miserable.

The cleanest winter Texan parks in the valley. The location is the best and safest. It has a new pickelball surface, resurfaced shuffleboard with new awnings, new pebble finished salt water pool, Hot tub. Fantastic Hall and best is the friendly people.

Paradise Park is a fabulous place to visit year-round. Centrally located, Paradise Park is within close proximity to many of the Rio Grande valleyβ€˜s best shopping, restaurants, sports, and entertainment venues. South Padre Island and Progresso, a festive, Mexican border town, is within a short drive.

Tight knit community of retirees interested in working together to make wintering in Texas a more enjoyable experience. A strong work ethic and a sense of volunteerism for the betterment of all makes this park a wonderful place to live for the winter or for the whole year round.

Paradise Park is a fantastic RV Park for folks 55 and older. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The facilities are clean and the people are so friendly. If you are looking for a great community of "Winter Texans", look no further.

😐 There's an old grumpy lady with a old man's haircut. She is like the neighborhood watch rolled into one. Parking isn't too great & they are not very friendly or understanding about that. So don't or leave your car parked outside your driveway unless your going to park it in the front then you'd have...
