From the theme to the food, it was all great! We got the salmon, the scallops, had a charcuterie board and ended the night with the tres leches souffle. All our food was incredible and came out in a timely fashion. It is nice and dark inside very elegant and a perfect spot for date night. We also had a few cocktails and my favorite was the "something blue". Staff was very attentive and treated us very well. Will definitely be back soon!

This place seems.... confused as to what it's trying to be. Scottish themed interior (sort of) yet it blasts Spanish music which clashes with the interior environment. The service needs work. Everyone seemed to be in a rush and in no control of the situation and our server was slow to take our order. The food was NOT worth the prices they expect. The Bruschetta was a single piece that was challenging to share among 2 people. The Baked Seafood Macaroni is barely enough for 1 person and half it's mass is just mussel shells. The Double Pork Chops is actually 3 chops yet the chops themselves lack flavor and they seem to bank on the cream spinach topping to make up for it.

Great experience all around. We loved the ambiance, it somehow feels both laid back as well as fine dining at the same time. The wait staff was very attentive and we were never waiting on anything. The menu seems well thought out, with enough mix to satisfy everyone but not too much that it seems like they are just throwing food on a board. I had the fish and chips, which I can honestly say was the best I have ever had. Light batter that didn't feel heavy at all. I'm excited to try the other menu items as well. The prices all seemed incredibly fair for what you were getting. Overall a great experience, and we can't wait to come back.

I had such a pleasant time at castlehill bistro. They had amazing service, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere felt so inviting. Their food was very delicious and filling. i had the Glazed salmon puttanesca and it was very good and ended the night with the pumpkin spice whipped cheese cake which was just as good. They also had amazing cocktails which was a plus, definitely recommend stopping by and visiting.

Great hidden gem Great service; nice atmosphere, food is good and i loved the limited menu! Sometimes is better to have a limited menu to serve faster and better. Benedict eggs are my favorite here

Had a great time with my bestie here. We had tacos and margaritas 🍹. This is a Tuesday special that they have. Hostess was very nice and showed us our seat and gave some details. She recommended the calamari. She was right. It was so soft and tender. They flavors were just right. I had fish tacos which were delicious. The fish was definitely better than Gordon Ramsey which I tasted in Vegas. There was a nice crisp and no greasiness. Blueberry Margraita was also a highlight. Hope to go for brunch. Chef was also really nice and spoke with us for awhile. Nice summer β˜€οΈ night.

It took me a while to write this review since I truly hope that my dining experience with you guys is an isolated incident. I reserved a pre-Valentine dinner on a Friday night to treat my wife to a sumptuous meal prepared by Chef Graham. We arrived 30 minutes early on that chilly night and we got seated immediately. It took 20 minutes before someone approached us for our orders of drinks, appetizers, and entree. Our drinks didn't arrive until after a good 30 minutes from when the server took our order. We waited for the calamari for a good one hour only to be told that they don't have any more squid for the appetizer. Frustrated, I ordered the burrata instead which is decent in my point of view. The entree of steak and seafood was served a good an hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours from the time we were seated (that's how patient I was, but my wife was totally disappointed.) The steak was cooked to perfection as I wanted it; the seafood is so-so probably because I was looking for a little bit of a Scottish influence on it because of the chef's roots, but I didn't see any. And by the way, the drinks were served really simply without any garnish or art that night (reason was that they ran out of the dried orange wheel, pineapple, fresh orange, etc. I make a better looking mai tai at home. They also don't have a choice of bourbon for an old fashioned.) The dessert of chocolate that I picked was too sweet to my liking. I'm giving it 3 stars since Chef Graham approached us personally at the end of our dinner and apologized for the really delayed service that we experienced that night. If we'll ever want to give the establishment a chance to redeem themselves in the future, my suggestion would be is to serve their drinks within 10 to 15 minutes from the time they were ordered. Also, from the time we were seated, the server should have approached us immediately. I still gave them a tip even though I didn't get the prompt service that we deserve (tip stands for "to insure promptness.")πŸ˜”

Just okay. I had a steak which was very well cooked and had plenty of flavor. However my wife’s seafood dish was lacking in flavor. The atmosphere was fine but the staff was a little inattentive and seemed agitated by our presence. Which did not make sense as the restaurant is relatively small and there appeared to be ample number of waiters for the guests. The drinks were delicious as well as the appetizer we had. I think if the staff would just work on some basic manners then it would have been 4 stars in my opinion.

Loved it all! I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and my husband has the lamb burger. Both were so delicious. Not overcooked, chicken was moist and lamb was so flavorful and moist as well! The truffle fries as a side are also so good! πŸ˜‹ If you're coming for a drink, the cucumber margarita is strong and tasty! When dining out it is usually so difficult to find a dairy free dessert option. They had 2 dairy free desserts. We had the berry sorbet and it was so refreshing. 🀀 The waitress we had was so sweet and attentive. We love the ambiance of the restaurant. Once it's cooler we'll definitely try out the patio.. and try more from the menu!

Attentive staff, casual atmosphere. Some what confined crammed tables side by side. Not much room in booth seating area. You can over hear other guests conversations sitting next to you. I had β€œCroque madame” burnt bread, warm food, overly portioned. I just can’t say I’ll return for brunch. Coffee and mimosa were satisfying. Priced reasonable expect to pay well over 100 between 3-4 people.

Great new restaurant and awesome atmosphere. Food was delicious and menu prices were reasonable. We had the Ribeye and salad with the small charcuterie board. Great staff. Highly recommend.

First time here, my cousin & I had wanted to try it out. I enjoyed the atmosphere and service. I was seated at the bar which I asked for. I came to try out the bar side only and try out the drinks. I will come another time to try the food considering I already had dinner. I absolutely love the cocowii, amazing cocktail!! However, their mojitos are lacking. I'm not sure what happened there. It tasted of water w/a lot of lime juice squeezed in. I had my cousin try it out and she agreed. I had to return the drink. I love mojitos but this one just didn't cut it. I will return to try out the food/dining experience and will revisit my review to update it.
