Store was closed at 6:45pm but website shows open till 7pm. I asked the guy if I could please make a purchase I already knew what I wanted to buy and he said that they open tomorrow and I could come back. I live 45 minutes away.

My husband and I love the store but cashiers can be more helpful. The fubko pops were on sale buy 1 get the other free. We decided on two, cashier scanned and told us the total we payed...turned out we didn't get the 2nd one free cause it was a clearance funko pop..why didn't the cashier mention that to us??? So, they owe us a free funko pop.. sigh' we are from Edinburg and only go once in a while..why can't cashiers/employees be more vocal. . Communicate with us the customer!!!!! It's upsetting.😠

Great variety of items. My kids and husband love this place. Always a great place to go gift shopping especially enjoy going during the holidays when it's more lively.

Nice gift selection for teens and maybe young adults

Every time I go in, there's always something that catches my eye.

I've shopped at this location before and the service is usually good. However I stopped by to purchase and I know they have limited hours. Closing time is listed at 7pm. I showed up at 6:49pm and the gates were down. I asked the associate at the gate if they were closed and he said " yes, we bring the gates down at 6:45". I wasn't even offered to come in. I knew what I needed and it would have taken me 5 minutes to grab and buy the item. There didn't seem like anyone was purchasing. Very dissapointed.
