The people are awesome but do not open a credit card here, I had mine for a while and called to close it, the person I talked to never closed it. Not. Cool.

Employees not helpful at all my arm is broken and I ask for help and noone did ,they ware too busy talking to each other and joking very very unhappy experience 😕

Honestly, express is cheap quality now, but went way up in price. you get the same quality (if not better, in some instances) for much less from shein. They’ve gone way down in quality over the years, unfortunately.

Love express I always go there but today was a really bad experience with one of the employees looking at me as i was stealing something…. Just because I had slippers on and ugly shirt i felt discriminated….
