Told his young man about an electrical cart that handicapped people use. I was completely ignored and he did not even come back to tell me anything . The people don't even answer the phone and it really is a big hassle here. Usually I just want to pay my bill and get something that I might need but it's always a disappointment. How can anybody that is handicapped get some help,? I have to start car and look for cart as usual.Jesus this is so hard. Unable to shop and have to leave the store cuz nobody's paying attention or bothering to see if there is some sort of electrical cart that I can use

I returned a microneedling kit from here and returned it due to not seeing any diffrences on my scars 2 days later im in the make up section and realised that they restocked the same used item i returned i only realised cause there was no seal after opening it i had wrote on the manual and it definitely was my used returned kit a kit i had used around my face and body was literally places back in the shelf

Committed to buying Made in USA or they are at least not in China... Sometimes it takes a while... Most of the Teflon tape I was looking for for a plumbing project.. All made in China... Accept one. Made me smile.

Worst customer service ever, I wanted to buy jewelry and I needed someone to open it , asked people for help and they never did, there was this girl Mariel who supposedly called someone but it was a lie because when we found someone with keys they said they never called them, it’s the second time this happens, WALMART you need to do something

everything is organized and stocked properly the only issue I have is the lack of cashiers. everything is self-checkout now. i get that we are getting more technology and are trying to be more efficient but it is just part of the shopping experience to have a cashier there who charges/bags the items for you. i also feel bad for people who will lose their jobs to machines. it's kind of sad.

A lot of variety of all products, needs to accurately store items as in the app refers to a certain aisle but phisycally is not there but in overall great shopping experience.

Horrible customer service experience by Corina in returns customer service. She was alone and had 5 people to attend. I made a comment to a lady behind me about why Walmart can’t have more people if there were 2 other registers and she was alone. This comment was made mainly to get someone to help her but instead she got defensive in front of customers and began saying comments while helping another person. Very unprofessional. Once it was my turn, she refused to help me and called her manager Jerry who assisted me just fine. What makes people like her think she can speak to customers that way? Even if she didn’t agree with my comment, the professional thing to do while she’s representing Walmart was to say nothing but instead she felt the need to speak about it in front of customers and refuse to help me.

Horrible customer service, I went to purchase a videogame and no one was in the Electronics station, I asked an employee if I could get help and she told someone to go help me and cool I thanked her and went to wait half an hour and no one arrived. Employees saw me waiting and they made like I was out of sight no one asked me if I needed help. I was viewing the item that I wanted and couldn’t purchase it because there was nobody to open the cristal door. I work for customer service too at another place and here in this Walmart my experience was really poor, honestly.

Good store with a wide selection But checkout was horrible. Only one check out line was open. It took over an hour to get out.

Bought gas at low price. Store was clean and had all the products I was looking for. Did self checkout and store attendant very helpful

I love the Peñitas Wal Mart , one thing I dislike is the fact that there is hardly ever a cashier. I went today and the majority of the machines now say no cash. What us up with that.

The checkout experience has really turned me into a Target person now. The few employees there are extremely burned out and rude because of it. I rather pay a bit more for a much better experience. Plus, the shopping carts here are in terrible shape. They drag and make noise and are falling apart. Avoid if you can!

Horrible customer service, I just wanted to ask a few questions and get an issue resolved. I tried getting a hold of a manager telephonically but no station would answer. I finally tried the bakery and they picked up. They got someone and for some magical reason the call goes blank and after a few attempts to call back I gave up. I hope there's easier to call in and ask questions because I didn't couldn't find one.

Amazing customer service The cashier was nice making conversation but at the same time charging and being nice Found everything we needed ESPECIALLY the U body spray I’ve been looking for, it was cheaper in store than online at Walmart.com The led lights were in perfect conditions (not broken like at other Walmart’s) And while shopping I found dog treats in special ——— Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. The service is neutral, you go to any grocery store and you will just get what you need and leave. They have random specials and not all the stores carry the same products. However, i was able to find this to try out new foods and snack. I would like to see more international foods to try at home without the need of spending much money at a restaurant.

Had a low pressure tire, pulled in to the corner gas station and it charges 2 dlls for 4 min. of air, crazy. Thank God the hose was busted, Wal-Mart autocenter was around the corner, asked how much they charge for air. They said free, it that awesome or what! Thank you walmart autocenter Mission TX.

They are well stocked. They had everything I was looking for. They even have organic section for produce and had a few gluten free options in their aisles!

I was there to buy food goods. Has variety and for Latinos has different choices. Good place to go. The problem is that checkout is automatically, and I prefer a person for this process because I used to buy items that needs to checkout manually like yams, etc
