Really negative experience with the healthcare team. Dr. Khalid Ghazy's patient interaction was extremely condescending and improper. Having his aides participate in him condescending me is not only humiliating, but it is also not a great look. A patient should not be made fun of for being unemployed or whatever situation they present with. Clinically, his failure to address shortness of breath was a huge red flag. Health care should be holistic not singular. To the owners, please educate your clinical staff on power dynamics in healthcare settings and how to enact proper empathy as providers. Front desk employees were great assistance however. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CARDIAC CONCERNS.

DO NOT go here if you are a Leo or BP I've had a lot of problems recently with this er company. I had an on the job work injury..I provided them with all the correct paperwork to bill department or labor but they had called me later saying D.O.L. DENIED paying and they're going to bill my insurance. Upon talking to d.o.l. they said the error is on clear choice and that they need to fix some stuff when they bill them...I called clearchoice many times trying to get this resolved but no luck so far!

Well I begin by saying thank you to the wonderful staff took care of me. From the doctor to the nurses they made me feel so comfortable and well treated.. awesome services.. I’m so grateful for all they did for me..

Horrible experience. Never been more humiliated in my life. The Doctor was extremely rude and condescending. The only really nice person there was an RN named leslie who looked like she really wanted to help. I don’t recommend this place at all.

First time visiting this place, but the visit was for my 7yo daughter. I liked the fast service and courteous staff except for the physician. Overall not a good experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of explanation of care and services and the arrogant and demeaning attitude from the physician (Horacio Diaz). Avoid this place.

$2766 for the ER visit which means I was charged simply for entering the building to get a Covid test! My insurance paid it but I still had to pay $238 for a Covid test which is the only reason I went. That's ridiculous.Never going there again.

Best Staff, Nurses, Technicians, and Doctors!! Have never in my life had an optimal health care experience in Laredo until today when I visited Clear Choice! Felt so cared for, relaxed, and was treated with so much respect and caution. You are in great hands if you come here!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Flores was very attentive. Pleased with care i got and the fact that there was no wait time.

I went in on Sunday morning to be checked due to having flu like symptoms. While I was waiting for my flu test results, the doctor kept asking me if I wanted to get X-rays done, and I said no. I advised him that I would like to take things one step at a time. The next day when I was evaluated at a different medical center I was told that the person who administered my strep throat test at clear choice er, had done it incorrectly. My tongue instead of the back of my throat was swabbed.

That DR Ghazy was really unprofessional. Condescending piece of garbage. Will never go back there

Clear choice, is the best CHOICE in all of Laredo, Texas! My family and myself are not from Laredo and as you can imagine it's been hard to find a Doctor and ER that checks off all your needs. My family and I had been constantly going to Stat for all our medical needs, but we found this place through a friend and it'sthe best decision we've made medically. The staff from once you walk in are friendly and caring, the nurses at intake beyond gentle and charming, the nurse p are extraordinary and very welcoming, informative withal your results and questions. Thank you clear choice!

Awful experience with my aunt.. had a tall female nurse being extremely rude and condescending to us, physician was nice and thorough, but never again would not recommend..

Last night my blood pressure was over 189 so I had to decide to go to the hospital and spend all night or try an emergency center. I chose Clear Choice ER. When I arrived It took about 1 minute to get help. I was in an ER room in about 3 minutes with 3 people caring for me and analyzing my condition. Within minutes I had an EKG and blood drawn. I has some one checking on me every 10 minutes. They stabilized my heart pressure within 30 minutes of my arrival and also had the blood results. 45 minutes after my arrival I was released and went home. I felt I was treated like a king. My blessings to all from the front desk to the nurses, RN and the doctor. I had a choice and I’m glad it was Clear Choice ER. Thank you, Thank you All.

This is my second visit to clear choice emergency. I am very satisfied with the medical attention I have gotten. The staff is great and I appreciate that several exams have been done both times to give me a diagnosis. I feel also, that the medication that i have been prescribed have been carefully thought out. Most importantly I have been attended to, including exams, in less than an hour. I feel confident visiting this emergency room and highly recommend.

I looked like a fool today. I was there on Monday (8/15/2022) to be examined for an injury. Before I left I was told that my records would be sent to LSMC to be referred. I was also told that LMSC would call me for the appointment and if they didn't call me to call Clear Choice back and they would fix the issue. I wait two days no call from LSMC. I call Clear Choice and the person that answers tell me that, I am supposed to call and make my own appointment with LSMC after the had sent my records. So then I call LSMC and make the appointment and the have to record of anything being sent to them from Clear Choice. I waisted an hour of my time doing this. Makes me think twice coming back when paperwork for an injury is important for my job. The medical aspect of Clear Choice is on point and professional. The people at the front desk that day did not perform like the rest of the ER.
