I
have
recently
learned
about
a
customer
who
had
a
horrible
experience
here.
The
customer
from
my
understanding
made
initial
contact
with
a
male
employee
(name
unknown)
who
was
more
interested
in
if
the
item
was
stolen
and
if
they
could
take
said
item.
(Now
I
understand
that
you
cannot
pawn
stolen.
However,
this
customer
has
already
pawned
this
item
multiple
times
in
the
past
without
any
trouble
and
is
the
rightful
owner
of
said
item)
Furthermore,
from
my
understanding
the
name
of
said
customer
is
printed
on
the
item
and
never
even
asked
for
their
driver's
license.
The
male
employee
seemed
incompetent
from
my
understating
and
had
to
call
over
the
store
manager
(name
Barbara)
who
from
my
understanding
was
very
rude
and
incompetent
as
well.
Barbara
proceeded
to
tell
the
customer
they
would
not
be
able
to
take
said
item
because
she
thought
it
looked
ugly
in
her
opinion.
She
then
stated
that
because
it
looked
ugly
according
to
her,
she
would
not
be
able
to
sell
said
item
because
they
already
had
a
similar
item
in
stock
and
that
was
better
shape
according
to
her.
Moreover,
from
my
understanding
she
did
not
care
that
the
customer
had
pawned
it
there
in
the
past
or
that
the
unknown
male
employee
was
the
one
who
had
accepted
the
exact
same
item
as
well
and
now
somehow
had
amnesia
and
now
could
not
accept
the
item.
She
was
more
upset
that
she
could
not
sell
the
similar
item
that
according
to
her
is
in
better
condition
than
conducting
proper
business
with
said
customer.
I
personally
did
a
walkthrough
of
said
the
floors
could
use
some
work
and
the
atmosphere
need
a
lot
of
work
the
employees
need
better
customer
service
training.
It
is
not
a
customer's
issue
or
problem
rather
you
or
your
employees
are
terrible
salesman.
I
personally
would
not
conduct
business
here
ever.
Not
until
they
either
hire
a
new
manger
or
that
they
learn
some
proper
customer
service
skills.
