I left this facility feeling as if my visit here was essentially useless and a waste of time. In my opinion the provider I saw was very dismissive of my issues and didn’t really take the time to listen and understand my concerns. When I was explaining to her the background of why I was there and what I had endured leading up to the point of me coming to this facility, she interrupted me and said “I’m going to stop you right there..” Whether I was sharing useless information in her opinion or not, it was information that I felt was important and she needed to know. I didn’t think that was very appropriate or professional. I live in Texas and visited this facility while I was in California for work so she recommended me to follow up with my PCP and or a specialist when I return back home. I’m gone from home for months at a time due to work and the only time I’ll be home within the next two months are for the holidays. That obviously creates a challenge for me to be able to get an appointment with my PCP, which certainly isn’t her fault but I would’ve liked to have left this place knowing that my issue wasn’t something critical or something that required immediate attention. I get very paranoid when it comes to my health and have extreme anxiety about it. Especially with me being gone from home all the time. So my immediate concerns weren’t addressed or cared for and I left the facility with the same worry and anxiety that I had before I arrived. I will update this review and let everyone know if I survived until I got home to see my PCP or not. Stay tuned! The facility itself was very nice and sophisticated. It’s very modern and everything is very minimal which I loved. Their website and app were both very easy to navigate, and very user friendly. The second they processed my urinalysis results I got a notification from the app stating that it had been posted and I was able to review it before the provider ever came in to talk to me. Not to mention, I obviously don’t understand how to read that or know what it means, and the app informed me that two things were irregular so it would’ve also been nice if she discussed that with me. She didn’t though. I gave it 2 stars for the facility itself and how modernized everything was. I would not be likely to return to this facility, or the same facility in a different location, nor would I recommend this facility to family or friends. I would assume my review doesn’t hold very much weight or value considering that I am not a resident of California. Someone who is a resident of California would probably have a completely different experience since things wouldn’t be as complicated. I still think things could’ve went a lot differently and there could’ve been more effort put forth from the provider whether I am a California resident or not.

I had not been to this location since Carbon took over from Med 7 and what a pleasant surprise it was! Super clean and professional. The staff is fantastic. Friendly, efficient and caring. Couldn’t have had a better experience during a stressful time. I had an accident which caused a deep cut and stitches were needed, but the staff was FANTASTIC and made me comfortable. Highly recommended!

I have had mixed experiences at Carbon but let me talk about the good experiences first. Carbon is my primary for medical. Their Telehealth is easy, effective and affordable! Appointments for in person or virtual work very well! The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The not great experience is if you walk-in without an appointment.

Fast service, very clean office, friendly staff. Taking my information was what took the longest. Receptionist said 30 to 40 min wait. It took less than 15 minutes. So nice they called me to get in. I preferred to wait in my car. Fastest service ever. Never had such a fast service in the past when it was Med7. Lucky there were few patients... that totally helped!

Great experience! We were positioned with a two hour wait after we checked in and paid our co-pay. The awesome thing was we did not need to wait there. They said we could go get dinner or go somewhere else if we wanted. We lived close by and opted to go back home. Then we received a phone call and headed back. We were told we needed to be back within 15 minutes when we got our call. We were back in 10 and when we arrived we waited less than 5 minutes till we were seen. All of the staff from reception to the nurse to the PA who was our provider were friendly and efficient. This is the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

On the positive side the receptionist was courteous, and I’ve had positive help from them in the past. Today was totally different. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours as a walk-in for urgent care treatment I saw that every patient walking in had an appointment. The room filled with new patients about every half hour. When I was the last one in the room after the third round of patients, I thought I would be next. Then another group came and I realized that I wasn’t going to be seen until ALL their appointments for the day were completed. Which meant waiting another hour and a half or longer. In my opinion, despite the receptionist saying there’s a 2 hour wait, I could see that this was not how it was going to work out. This clinic should not say that they do urgent care. They don’t. They do primary care. And if you’re lucky they might get around to seeing you for urgent care after all the other patients are gone. My insurance company offered me several other alternative clinics

Clean place with knowledgeable staff at the front desk. Everyone seemed organized and nice. The app was so easy to use and communicate through. Only four stars because the NP or Doc that i saw seemed to be convinced that I had covid even though I had two negative tests. I felt like I had to bring up other possibilities to get her to consider treatment, which seems backwards to me.

Jaimie was a big help. I'm so thankful for the services this Urgent Care offers. I would recommend anyone to see them for last minute visits or future visits. The scheduling is super easy online or on their app.

I wish I remembered the ladies name that helped me this morning because she was amazing. She was so friendly and accommodating and really made me feel safe and comfortable. I am 8 months pregnant and came in for a sprained ankle and she was just so helpful towards me. I would definitely recommend my friends and family members here!

This urgent care location felt like a reputable doctor’s office. I was seen within the hour, and the doctor really cared about me. I have been in other offices for my own insurance, and they act like they are only there for a paycheck. This office was nothing like that. The staff here treat people with respect. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

This place was so kind enought to take me in as a walk- in, patient. I was so sick, that my husband had to rush me to any urgent care. And this place popped up! I'm glad it did. The front desk and back staff was very kind. The doctor, she was very helpful, made me feel comfortable and safe be around her. I thank you, for that! 😷🤧🙏🏻

Very pleasant experience which is probably not often said about urgent cares. I was seen right at my appointment time and spoke with a very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable PA, Shannon. I received more comprehensive, compassionate care here than I did from my primary care provider earlier this week.

Love this urgent care facility. Loved that I could make a same day appointment and was seen super fast by a very informed physician. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I had my meds within an hour of my appointment. Definitely recommend you go here!

I was concerned that my blood pressure had risen several points after inadvertently running out of my Rx meds. The doctor was very professional and courteous. She prescribed the meds I needed and I was able to pick them up at the pharmacy within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised that the short wait was comfortable...nice chairs. I was also able to acquire an appointment convenient for me and the clinic was within minutes of my home. I highly recommend visiting them for your urgent medical needs. Thank you, Carbon Health!

I had a good experience here at Carbon Health. From the front desk, to the Medical Assistant and on to the Doctor. Everyone was very professional and kind. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. And I like how everything is upfront with fees. There are no hidden fees to surprise you. I will definitely go back if and when I need to.

My experience was 10/10. My provider Mary was very thorough and knowledgeable! I was nervous and apprehensive to visit the clinic but I was so glad that I did. In addition to the great care, it was very clean and put together inside! I would definitely visit again.

The ladies I came in contact with were very helpful respectful & courteous. We got to our appointment about 1.5hrs early. Miscommunication w/husband on our daughter's appt time. So the front desk receptionist confirmed appt. And checked us in and moved our apot. Up to an hour. However seems we only waited 10/15minutes b4 they called us back. We were in/out. The Dr. On site asked questions even googled to show pics of what I was describing just so she can better understand me. She looked at the problem and took proper actions with a resolution in near sight. So a big thank you and shout out to the professionals working 4/26 shift.

My wait was short, the staff were all pleasant and knowledgeable, and the whole visit took less than an hour. Overall one of the best urgent care visits I have experienced.

This was the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My 14-month old daughter was sick with what I suspected was a stomach virus, and since we were visiting from out of town and couldn’t see our pediatrician, I decided to take her to this urgent care facility to get her checked out and get a prescription for any medication that might help. I made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon. They charged the co-pay upon check-in rather than at the end of the appointment. This seemed unusual to me, but perhaps standard practice at some places. I wouldn’t have minded this if I felt the care provided were satisfactory. After we checked in, we waited nearly an hour before someone named Rochelle (according to her name tag) came into the exam room to see us. I don’t know what her title or qualifications were because she never introduced herself or acknowledged the long wait (with a sick toddler, the wait was a huge deal). In fact, she rolled her eyes when she walked into the room, made an snarky comment, and did not make eye contact. Not only was she unprofessional and rude, but she seemed rather unqualified. I described to her my daughter’s symptoms and without asking any follow-up questions, she told us it was likely intussusception, which is a very serious condition that requires immediate treatment. She told us to go to the ER so my daughter could get an ultrasound and see a specialist. My first reaction was fear and worry - no parent ever wants to hear that their child may have such a serious condition. My second thought was that this didn’t sound right at all as my daughter did not exhibit the most common symptoms of intussusception. I raised a few other possible explanations for her symptoms - virus, teething, weaning - but she eliminated all other possibilities. She said that her job was to tell us the worst case scenario. Really? I thought her job was to tell us the right scenario based on actual symptoms, but perhaps this isn’t the Carbon Health philosophy. We did go to the ER the next day and the doctors confirmed that what my daughter had was just a virus. They ruled out intussusception because she lacked the symptoms. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this urgent care facility, and if this Rochelle person represents how this company operates, then I will not be using any Carbon Health service in the future. I answered Carbon’s post-appointment survey and provided the feedback on the service, but not surprisingly, have not received a follow-up call. It seems that they are not interested in honest feedback or making improvements.

Sophia in the Natomas clinic was very helpful. She listened to my symptoms and concerns. She sympathized and asked if there was anything she could do to make me feel better. She was very efficient and got me the test I needed and out of the clinic quickly. I would go back again to see her for medical advice.

I have visited Cardon Health twice so far for a work related injury. Each time the staff/physician have been very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I felt comfortable and in good hands. My company made a good decision choosing Carbon Health.
