Tonight,
May
20th.
Rushed
to
the
store
after
an
extra
long
day
of
work.
I
know
I'm
going
to
arrive
right
at
closing
but
I'm
out
of
shampoo
and
desperate.
I
pull
right
up
front
seconds
before
closing.
Grab
my
wallet
out
of
my
work
bag.
Someone
is
walking
out
so
there's
hope.
The
door
is
already
locked
(obviously
done
before
closing)
but
there's
still
a
customer
being
rung
up.
One
employee
walks
right
by
the
door
and
ignores
me.
The
customer
finishes
and
walks
out,
I
poke
my
head
in
and
ask
if
i
can
run
and
grab
my
shampoo,
it's
all
I
need.
Manager
says,*snarky
voice*
sorry
the
register
is
closed.
Now,
she
absolutely
did
not
have
to
help
me,
and
the
sales
woman
did
not
have
to
acknowledge
me.
But
why
not
show
some
grace?
We've
all
been
there,
racing
to
get
somewhere
to
grab
something
quick
before
closing.
It
would've
taken
one
of
the
3
or
4
of
you
about
3
minutes
of
your
time.
And
it's
time
on
the
clock
anyways.
Looking
up
other
places
to
get
my
shampoo
because
I'm
not
going
back
to
Ulta.
