Posting this review after my second visit to this location. And mainly I have given three stars to their service their food is five star indeed. First of all their fountain machine has been broken since long. So there's no soda available both from fountain or a bottled one. Secondly when you stand at the register to order nobody even acknowledge. Staff come and check the previous orders on the screen and leave. I'll try to observe that there is no dedicated person on the front desk. In both my visits there were two people sitting in the corner with all their bags and other stuff, sometimes I saw people sleeping as well. And they look like homeless. With due respect to everybody, nobody should be allowed to sleep in the restaurant. I ate there with my family for around 30-40 minutes and they were still there. The guy I saw in the second time visit was there inside the restaurant with his bicycle as well. Which I found little weird. Though the service is fast but it's not courteous. No greeting, no smile while taking your order, they won't even talk to you. I didn't find it very customer friendly.

Not arguing with reviews just 3 months ago, let's face it "another world now!". Jack in a pinch? Cutting [mainly vegetables] back like everyone else. Still better rice bowls than Panda?? Taco (estrogen stuff) still tasty for the Price? $17 2 Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowls 4 Tacos "Whatever Boat" *Avoid another line?

Cashier said they were out of a squeezable sauce for specific item...offered me a side of same sauce box for free. He also said they were out of the topping to go on the specific item...they did have this topping in a separate cup for an extra fee...I asked if they could offer complimentary sauce then why wouldn't they give complimentary topping cup...especially if it was inconvenient for me but same exact item...he then refused to help me saying "we cannot process order without charging you"...and refused to give me service and started helping other people...they act like they'll go bankrupt over a topping that was SUPPOSED TO BE ON ITEM IN THE 1ST PLACE AND THEY HAD IT IN STOCK IN A DIFFERENT FORM

I don't want to down play these employees here. Looks like some of them might be a little new and they are working 💪 their backside off. I ordered some Tacos 🌮 and curly frys. They order came out perfect. Looks like most of their orders come from the drive thru so they have alot of their focus on the area. The restaurant itself looks like it needed tending too but they were really busy so I get it. Soda machine was out of order but there are alot of homeless people in the area that might have broke it. Second time coming here. Probably come back.

I order6a #4 NO CHEESE.. I received a #4 with cheese. The ice machine wasn't working and the asked if we stilled wanted the soda cokes and sprite . You would think the soda would be strong without the ice to water it down.. The drinks tasted just like warm water. If it wasn't so hot out,I would have taken the whole order back!!

For the umpteenth time this location was closed again on a Saturday morning around 4am. Seems they are closed at night more often then they are open. Considering they are listed as a 24hr location and are closest to my house it's getting really old. Then there the fact that I'm a door dash driver so that's also inconvenient. There are cars in the parking lot. Employees in the building and lights on. Yet pallets blocking drive thru. Get it together or stop claiming to be 24 hrs. Keep it real. Open sometimes. When we want. Maybe.

My bf and I came here last night and the customer service was great, drive thru was pretty fast, and the food also looked and tasted fresh, even the fries. The young cashier girl also fixed a minor mistake with our order and did it so nicely. Considering it was midnight, my bf and I were really impressed at the food quality and friendly staff.

When we went it was about 9 pm and they had no fries, no Teriyaki chicken bowl, they were out of er half of their coke products.

Tonight I was very disappointed in the food and prices along with service. Spent 55$ as a family splurge only to have soggy food, no sauces, jumbo jack the size of a plain kids hamburger from McDonald's. Very unhappy.

The night shift in Thursday around 2 AM are the best people in this place in customer service , positivity and community care , their true real smiles with great care for the quality of the food fully appreciated, thank you Jordi and Trisha and sorry if I missed the correct spelling for the names .

This Jack N The Box was fire great customer service. The 5th time I came here. I forgot my wallet, I was staying walking distance away from them, so I quickly apologized for ordering without money and asked if they could hold my order for about 7 minutes tops, and I gave my word to them that i would be back witch probably doesn't mean much from a stranger/customer not to mention the amount of people that most likely do a order & run prank on them a year, anyways the young morning shift rather happy gentlemen Saved my meal for me and kept it warm as well. I rarely leave my wallet behind but from my experience theses places will toss your order into the garbage as soon as you leave. I want to thank those young Gentlemen for this small gesture with a great review, I forgot all of there names, but can say they were a morning shift crew all of them young men very strong positive happy energy vibes from them. I Highly recommend this jack n the box if your looking for one near you in that area!! 1. Excellent customer service and great positive contagious, healing happy energy from all of the morning workers in the restaurant. 2. Restaurant is very clean. 3.food was excellent, and did not feel sick or weak after consuming the food. 4.the line is fairly quick Insidea, so it rarely was a long wait for my order each time I came 5. A very rare happy work environment. I don't usually see or feel such unique work atmospheres like this place much these days!!...... Shoutout to the morning shift thanks to all of you young dudes, you may not know it morning gang, but your guys customer service is the best I had experience In almost 2 years keep that same energy going!! ..... thanks so much................your happy customer Ben La Vogue

Drive thru cashier was rude, unenthusiastic 😑 and when we asked to add onto our order at the window, we were told we would have to go thru the line again. Horrendous line and service. Skimpy on the sauces too! Who gives one sweet n sour for 3 egg rolls? 🤷🏽‍♀️
