I've had three visits here now and they have all been really pleasant. I just had my first root canal done and I know I was a little overly anxious but everyone was just super nice and reassuring. When setting up the appointment and payment plan, Brenda was really patient and helpful with all of my questions.

The staff was excellent, Brenda head receptionist and operation manager, my dentist Dr. Dole was attentive and knowledgeable, caring and gentle. The DA George was also great at what he does, last but not least Mikala x ray tech was also good 😊

I was initially consulted for 2 new crowns and a root canal for $1750 after my insurance covered the rest. I paid in full on my second visit when I had 2 temporary crown. I was scheduled on that same week for my root canal. When I came in, no appointment was ever set up. I had no choice but to set an appointment 1 month out with 2 temporary crowns on. I had an infection while waiting, my gum was swollen and I had to reschedule again another month out. On the day of my root canal, I was asked to pay for my root canal. I said I already paid it in full more than 2 months ago, I don't owe anything. The next day I got a call requesting that I need to pay $430 for my root canal. I was flabbergasted and dumbfounded. I said I already paid it in full more than 2 months ago. Receptionist said what I paid 2 months ago did not covered my root canal. I was tricked into believing that I paid for it already. Even though I paid for it afterwards, I am not happy that I was tricked into assuming I had paid for it. What if it was $1000 or more? What would I do in this situation? This has affected me financially when I didn't get a chance to be consulted properly so I can make an informed sound decision. I asked for the corporates phone number and email so I can file a complaint but was told to go online. There is no other phone number or email besides this location's information. I hope this reaches corporate so I can be contacted.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now. The staff here is wonderful. They make you feel like family and I appreciate that. Olga and Dr. Gill are who I look forward to seeing every 6 months for my teeth-cleaning. Olga makes me laugh and Dr. Gill will make sure I stay a straight A student when it comes to home care. I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Anita recently. She’s wonderful as well. She has a good touch. If you’re looking for a place that gives great customer service, this might just be the place for you.

We had the amazing opportunity to have my mom get help with her extreme dental need for their annual service day and it was a true blessing!! My mom had several broken teeth and had previously had a scary experience. The whole office was kind and understanding and they went above and beyond to help her while healing her fear. The showed her she was with caring for. My mom will have a better quality of life because of the love and compassion of the whole office. Dr. Gill is absolutely wonderful!!!

So much pain for 3 1/2 years also a very evil dentist who hurt me for life, until God stepped in I was chosen to be a receiver to my mouth and what wonderful people I was blessed with!! All of them little teeth Angels!! Front office lady that did my treatment plan was not knowledgeable as I was asking for treatment that is covered through my insurance and she didn’t know anything. I am being charged for things that are not being done. Will not be returning! Overpriced procedures!

Dr Dole and staff did a great job with my cleaning and dental update!

I’ve been out of a dentist for over 5 years between moving from the bay and having my family’s first child. I dreaded going to the dentist anyway but decided to make my appointment to get my teeth a much needed cleaning and inspection. It unfortunately came down to having a deep cleaning, scaling and lasering procedure to get them up to speed and back on track. The good people at Promenade were very helpful, and the Dr who performed the procedure made the experience as painless and comforting as possible. Despite getting 8 injections, the procedure wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and I’m glad I went to them. I without a doubt highly recommend Promenade to anyone who is in the same boat as I was. Now I’m at a great place with my teeth where it’ll be much easier to maintain from here on out and with a good team and office to go to.

I had to change dentist providers after finding out that they were charging WAY more than what my out of pocket cost should’ve been. I had to submit a grievance against them with my dental insurance provider in order to get Some of my money back. Good dentist work but bad accounting in my experience. If you have concerns about pricing, call your dentist providers customer service and ask how much your out of pocket cost should be for that procedure. Theres also a booklet with all codes and pricing ( Explanations of benefits/coverage) request that and compare against what you’re being quoted.
