I met with Dr. Rodgers for the first time this morning and I would like to say, I have never met a Doctor like him! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. He explains everything thoroughly, making sure you have a clear understanding of all of your options. I really appreciate that he took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush the appointment. He earned my trust with his transparency. I wish more Doctors were as attentive as Dr. Rodgers. The facility was very clean. Thank you!

One star is too high but can’t go lower, this location had 0.8 star review before I realized how terrible it was. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION Sadly happened to go here for my first baby and had no help with anything. Dr. was not clear with communication and very rude towards the end which resulted in me just not going anymore. People are unprofessional and extremely unorganized. I had to change my address 5 times with front desk and I’m sure it still has not been fixed. Do your research and look for different organization for pregnancy. I will say Dr. Jackson with their pediatrics at the Watt Ave location is amazing and that team is so nice. But Norwood is a hot mess, don’t waste your time or energy.

I came here 7/7/23 as a support person with a pregnant friend who is still learning to speak English. I’m a healthcare worker so I read the reviews first and came ready for anything. Honestly the visit we had was better than the care I received at my own OBGYN doctors office at a popular large health organization. The front desk lady with the gorgeous tight curls was friendly and efficient and her voice was pleasant and filled with kindness (not a burnt out tired voice). We barely waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and we’re called back. The medical assistant who got us into the good sized room was also friendly, gave us great options and advice on hospital tours, was professional and efficient. My friend barely got changed and the doctor was already ready for us, there was zero wait time. The second medical assistant who came in with the male OBGYN doctor was super nice and did everything perfectly. Dr. Allen was not rushed, he had a very soothing voice, and he addressed all the concerns and immediately offered solutions to each of them. The only thing is the poor man seemed tired which is expected of hardworking doctors who often work multiple shifts in a row, even then he did his job so well. The place looked clean and organized and honestly as a healthcare worker who watched everything closely (and they didn’t know) they did EVERYTHING right and professionally, everyone was polite and kind, there was barely any wait time. I really don’t understand why there are negative reviews…

NO Customer Service. The staff are very generous to allow others to watch them. Conversations that should not be in the work place, definitely need to keep it away from the front desk. The staff react towards the client in a huff; listening doesn't apply therefore asking the same question 3 or 4x's is the normal.

I braced myself for the worst based on the reviews. To my surprise the facility was clean and updated and I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. I've had 2 appointments in the women's health office and had a great experience both times.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I just got out of the hospital and my case manager scheduled an appointment for a follow up which also included a request to sign off on a referral for a specialist that is urgent. I was told when I arrived that this office doesn't sign off on referrals and I also wasn't seen for the follow up appointment that I needed after leaving the hospital. Now I am being told I can't get in until February. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism and quality of Care. There was no resolve, I was told a manager would call me in 24hrs. I won't hold my breath. I would not recommend wellspace for any medical services, especially if it's urgent.

I had the pleasure of having Dr Rodgers and he is AMAZING! Facility is clean and front desk were friendly and accommodating. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the answering service. PLEASE NOTE: The ladies answering the phones are NOT the individuals that are physically in the office. Answering service is rude with NO customer service. They will book appointments the doctors have no idea about and will never transfer you to speak with someone in the Norwood office. They are causing a lot of people to turn away.

Horrible I'm still waiting afterr2 hours my son has to wait in the car with my husband dr Roger's said he wasn't seeing a referral and had me still waiting when I called right before and spoke with Ashley who said the referral was in the computer in so frustrated right now im crying. Please don't come here. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life

My experience was horrible, I was unlucky enough to be moved as a doctor and I accepted without imagining that it would be a waste of time and money. For each consultation he paid $180.00. By phone. For them to hang up on me, the Doctor was very despotic without respect, in my opinion if she is not happy in her job she should resign, she is a woman without patience. The Doctor here in Roseville listened to me when I told him that a part of my body hurt, he ordered me to have a checkup, he didn't send me to the emergency room. No one in my life had ever made me angry like that doctor. Having to wait more than a month for them to humiliate you because I'm going to go to the emergency room if at that moment I don't feel pain, what a disappointment, as if they were treating me for free, you don't know everything I wish for you, out of respect I don't write bad words to you, it's what you deserve and more.
