Today was my second visit in a row for the hot wings. Have been very impressed with the flavor and size of their wings. Their fries are ok.

The chicken strips were super dry, and their mashed potatoes tasted nasty. The guy who waited on us was very unprofessional to the point I felt discriminated against, and he wasn’t very attentive like he was with his other customers. He forgot my kid's food and just kept forgetting to bring us things after that. I had to call on another waiter, who said he'd get us our original (rude) waiter. When our (rude) waiter got to us, His excuse was that he was “Very forgetful.” How? When your job is to remember your customer's request.

Had a birthday dinner redo. Ordered at the bar and were immediately greeted by both bartenders. Both women were so cheerful and helpful with a couple questions on the new menu. Our orders were taken much faster than expected, as we were prepared and more than happy to wait on a busy Friday. The food arrived and the bartender would not let us leave without checking it. Amazing service and amazing staff. We made sure to stop the manager and compliment them and all of his staff. Never a bad experience there since they opened. 😊

My husband loved his dinner, I thought my salmon was a little dry but was ok to eat, thank you for the friendly and nice service

Slow service.. Food was incredible!! Grilled Santa Fe chicken salad wonderful. My husband had the combo with half ribs and something else. We had to request refills on iced tea and water every time. We had to request silverware. We had to request napkins. Was not busy,3 other tables with patrons. I'm just grateful they showed up for work I guess.

The food tasted ok but the plate did not look like the picture on the menu. I'm very disappointed. I most likely will not be going back. And the cost was a lil ridiculous.

Had an early dinner with a friend and we were both satisfied with our food. Our server was really attentive and got our orders out pretty quickly. We will definitely be coming back again.

This is the best Chili's in town! I've heard horror stories about other Chili's restaurants in Sacramento and I'm just grateful that every single time I get food here the customer service is awesome and the food is delicious. I usually do curbside pick up and they always get my order correct. Keep it up and don't change Chili's!

Always great food. Burgers is my usual go to. Wife orders random stuff each time and when I try it, its great too! Pricing is very good here. For example: Secret Sauce Burger w/ fries = $11. BigMac meal = $11. The choice is clear

Nick are waiter was awesome not as attentive as I would like I believe your kitchen is a reflection of your food let's get somebody to clean those floors there was food all over the floors in the kitchen the trio fajita was very good except for the rice was burnt and spicy I will be back

I met a friend for drinks and the bar service was great. Can't comment on the food because we only had French fries, but I'll be back to check it out. It seems like it would feel busy outside but the fountain area was a great place to relax before heading home.

Okay the food and atmosphere is great, the dine in staff are ok, but the to-go staff? Uh uh. I sat outside for 15 minutes after checking in. I also called with no answer. I had to go inside to grab my food. I’m not trying to sound lazy, but what if it was just me and my sleeping baby in my car? I fortunately had someone with me so I could leave her, but what is the point of curbside if you are just going to sit there? Literally when I walked in the staff member for curbside was sitting there. Other than that the dine in staff are fine. Do better.

Nice place and people. The food was delicious, but a bit spicy though. The waitress was so nice and she replaced the burger bites for us with no bacons. Mix Trio Fajita was so good.

Had fun. Our service was excellent! It was a birthday dinner and our food and drinks and our server was excellent.

Food was not as good as it usually is 😞 Very disappointed. All four of our meals. The burger and chicken crispers were dry, over cooked, even with us requesting "pink". Our salad was the only thing that actually tasted good. I have to say the kids loved theirs. Corn is always on point.

I was not particularly impressed with the preparation of my order. I had the salmon, rice and broccoli. I didn't eat the rice and the Broccoli was overcooked. I did enjoy the white quest Spinach dip and the Strawberry cheesecake though. Our server Cheyenne was awesome 👌! Really great job.

I really appreciate the energetic, young staff at Chili's. They make the environment entertaining and fun. The drinks are always kitschy yet delicious, the food is always consistent. Chili's 🌶️ is a chain family restaurant so I can always rely on the menu being what I want, which is comparable to, delicious salty, cheesey, greasy bar food with a Tex Mex spin. What's not to like about that!? 🤷🏽‍♂️🎉🤤🍻🤷‍♀️🍹🥳🍸

Very attentive server. Food came out quickly, and doing the 3-for meal makes an affordable night out. $71 for 6 of us isn't bad (no alcohol of course for that price).

Arrived to have dinner at around 9 and after waiting 5 minutes, the hostess told us that there was an hour wait. The place was pretty empty and closing time was 10. Not cool. I'd undertand if we'd gotten there at 9:45 or even 9:30 but we would have eaten and left before 10. Won't be going back.

Came with the family since they're doing dine in now. I didn't like that the waiter was way too chatty, going on about stories to every table, which caused our table to be full of plates and drinks left unfilled. I understand to be friendly for tips, but too friendly interrupts your chance to give great service. We ordered the ribeye and sirloin (medium) and have to say, I was VERY impressed with the steaks. The flavor was on point and didn't need sauce. I've ordered steak from other locations and it wasn't half as good as it was here. Food was good, service could use some work.

They let us know they were short staff and did their best to accommodate during a dinner rush. Roughly a 30 min wait but the team swapped roles and got tables cleared, and seated more parties. Our server Yun(?) Was attentive and our drinks were refilled quickly. Food came at a decent pace. Nothing to rave about, but portions were huge and took almost all of it home.

Awesome food! Me and my girlfriend love to go here for a date night dinner! The food is always amazing and the dessert is good as well! Not too pricy but do be prepared for a wait if it is the weekend and you have a large party as there is no reservations that can be made. However you can get in a virtual line in an app which is convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good spot with a mix of cuisine. Large variety of food and almost everything can be customized to your liking! 10/10

I like Chili's 💜 I tried the new crispy chicken sandwich it was mighty tasty cooked to perfection, not dry, flattened nicely before dipping and putting in the fryer to make it fit over the bun nicely:) I should not forget the secret sauce which just added more tastiness to that sandwich. My fries were not hot. Atmosphere and prices are Awesome oh yeah and our server she was terrific🦜

For a chain restaurant the food is good. Lots of TV monitors to watch the football game.
