I will admit thar it was a good burger and letting you add all the toppings is nice. With that said, it was almost $17 for one burger and fries. I didn't even get a drink or it was would have been $20 plus. First burger I received was burnt on both sides. Second attempt was much better, but took a while. For less money, I think Smash Burger or The Habit are better options.

Horrible. Ordered two burgers bacon and cheese, large fry and large drink. Got burgers, perfect to the order but over sauced. Bun fell apart in my hands three bites in, same with the wife. Asked for light salt on the fries got all the salt they had ti offer, before getting the food we went to get the drink dialed in..their drink selector is empty but for a couple on very unwanted flavors. There are no other options across the counter for drinks, other than their drink selector machine, they have two. This is a giant Coke machine with multiple choices and flavors of coke products. The machine has a couple of options only, everything else is blacked out. Brought it to the attention of the lady behind the counter and she said "oh, yeah, we know", Didn't bother to tell us that there were 0 selections except for a couple when we ordered the drink, rather just charged us $4 for a drink cup we cannot fill....what is that??...Zero care.

I've always been a fan of five guys despite their outrageous prices. But today I was not pleased. My burger was very pink and I also got a cheese veggie sandwich that I asked for no mushrooms on but got them anyways. My fries were also very soggy. Plus there was a girl that was touching her mask, then her face, and still wearing the same gloves. I am very disappointed.

Ice machine down so I got to pay $40 for 2 burgers $3 of it for a warm soda. Must be poor management to not go across the street and get a few bags of ice. Terrible experience at a normally good establishment. Will not be returning. Thought about asking for a refund.

Service was great and friendly, but the food and restaurant was like The Habit without the frills and theming. Still, everything was really good and the workers were some of the nicest people at a burger joint. Definitely recommend it over fast food if you have the money to spare.

Yummy , This place is Awesome! If you are a Sacramento Native you might remember" Big Bens Hamburger Stand" on Arden way and Del Paso Blvd . Five Guys Hamburgers taste just like Big Ben's burgers to me . So Delicious!!

I would've given zero stars if it was possible. I'm just moving back to Sacramento from Arizona and prior to coming to this location I've only had outstanding service from the Arizona locations. I came to this location for the first time last week and ordered a large Cajun fry and received a small regular fry. After calling back 3-4 times and getting the dial signal as if I were calling a fax machine, someone finally answered and agreed to replace it in my next visit. I agreed to give them another try tonight as they also needed to replace my fry and not to my surprise I called and got the fax machine nice again. After trying about 4 times someone finally answered and said they were transferring me to the front. When they did someone answered and immediately placed me on hold. After holding for some time someone came back and then asked me to hold. I held for about 3 minutes and then someone came back again and said that the cashier would be with me shortly. By this time I'd made it to the store and could see inside. I seen that they were definitely not busy and there was no reason as to why I was on hold. As I'm parking someone picks up the phone and hangs up. At this point I go into the store and proceed to order my food, and to my surprise they didn't have anymore bacon..... How is it that your most popular item on the menu requires bacon and you have none???? I also just went to grab some ketchup and the tray that holds the ketchup has old crusty fries in it. They also gave me a pay of my food and are now telling me that I have to wait on the fries because they don't have any cut at the moment. So you're telling me you had enough for the two little fries but not the regular? Now the food will be cold and soggy by the time I get it home. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Excellent food. Great service. Free peanuts are a cool touch. Delicious burgers. A little expensive but the quality is evident. Will be back! I like that they have several tea and lemonade options as I don't drink soda.

Finally made it to this new Five Guys. Place was clean and staff are nice. There's heaps of peanuts, you just serve yourself. Burgers and fries are good. I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit expensive. We got three double burgers, fries and drinks and it came up to $50! yeah I almost fell backward lol wowzers!! I won't be coming here often cause of the price. It's still a good little treat when you have extra cash. Enjoy!

Guys, tone down the salt on the fries. Holy God after maybe it was like a desert in my mouth. Pretty much couldn't eat another. Burger was fine, service was good in that they got my order right and on time. But take the salt level down! I actually love salty things but this was entirely too much.

Just paid a lot of money for limp, soggy oil soaked fries. Honestly they seem like they were soaked in room temperature old fry oil. They certainly weren’t fried. Also, I was told they were “Cajun” fries. Lol. There’s absolutely no seasoning on these potato noodles besides salt.

So we were in town in Sacramento on a job working and it was time for lunch, so we roll on over to 5 guys and guess what, they're closed in the middle of the week at 12:30 PM right in the middle of lunch rush... We don't have a 5 guys in our town and live in hour away. Very disappointed that they were not open due to maintenance. They should have done their maintenance in the middle of the night when they are closed to the public instead of closing during prime business hours. Poor management decision. You lost a customer, and you get a 1 star rating... congratulations!

5 guys is seriously OVERATED. I ordered a grilled cheeses with patties and grilled onions, per recommendations of others.. it was bland as hell. And not cheap!!. your better off going to in n out and getting a cheeseburger. At least they're cheaper and have same ingredients in it, that taste wayyyy better.. also ordered a bacon hotdog.. and when it was ready for pickup. They told me they were out of bacon.. so I got a plan hot dog for over $10.

I tried this place for the first time because I heard everyone and their mom say great things about this place... But for the amount we paid for 2 burgers ,a fry ,and 2 drinks (nearly 40 dollars) I would've expected to have something that had a bit more flavor to it. The patty was ok, the bread was soggy, the fries (tho they did fill the bag) were too greasy.

Fast, friendly service. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger asked for no tomato. Still came with tomato. No biggie. I just took it out. Burger was still super good 😊

French Fry fryer was broken. Was offered a shake instead by the cashier. I ordered a strawberry shake then come to find out the strawberries were still being "processed". First if all when offered I thought they were going to charge me the same price as the small fries but nope. The hamburger tastes great but considering the size the prices are outrageous.

It's ok. It's not the worst or the best. I really like the soda machine. The burger was good the fries are like a few levels above In and Out but a little overrated tbh. And the price was a little shocking for how simple the menu is. I would eat at a Five Guys again.

On my visit to this location there was only "one" worker to handle the online orders, walk-in orders and the DoorDash orders. There was a long line of people waiting for that "one" worker to make and take all the orders. When I recieved my food my fries were so overcooked they had a potato chip crunch when I ate them. I asked the worker to remake them a little less fried and when I recieved my fries they were still just as overcooked and crispy. The worker also stuffed two meals into one bag therfore one of the burgers were smashed. Those were two different meals so they should have been in two different bags. The worker also had no mask😷 or gloves🧤 on. I come here mainly for the fries so I am really disappointed in the service I recieved. 👎

This is a great choice for lunch! Service was excellent. The fries are amazing! Nice spot to dine in for a change.

I'll have to be honest. The double cheeseburger with bacon was pretty good, but not $11.00 cheeseburger good. The fries were better than most but I'm not sure $4 for a small fry better. Dinner for two was over $30, and I can get a lot more flavor per dollar at one of the local joints. On the other hand, they have chocolate malted shakes. Still, the place is clean, plenty of seating, and the staff friendly and helpful. And they have chocolate malt shakes.

Five Guys makes incredible food. It's fast casual and you can customize your order. If you're not feeling like a burger or hot dog, you can get a fantastic grilled cheese or BLT. If you haven't tried Five Guys, it's worth a visit.

Good, juicy hamburger with all the extras, cooked right. Only complaint is about keeping the bun from falling apart before you finish it. Peanuts are extra cool and better for you then fries!

The first time I went to Five Guys, I didn't like it. But, I've learned how to order my burger the way I like it. Now, I give them four stars for a good burger, lots of fries and great customer service.

Oh my goodness! So over priced. No kids menu either. But the food is always good! Can only eat there once in a great while cuz of prices..

Omg I haven't had a burger that good in Years! The staff was super friendly. Update: they messed up my order twice! However they were super cool about trying to make it right.
