The hottie sauce on the chicken sandwhich is good. I was expecting it to be spicier but it is more sweet.

The absolute worst place to pick up. I hate picking up from this Popeyes out of any of the Popeyes on Sacramento. I had to come back because the order wasn’t ready. When I came back, I was ignored again, and had to tell the people that I need at my order. They continued to ignore me and we’re playing around. No one greeted me, when I got my food. The lady just tossed it to me. I would never eat here. The worst.

Just picked up an order from this location. Got the 14 piece chicken only received 12. Not only that didn’t get my second side of red beans and rice . It would’ve been a great deal … if they had given me all my food , but they cheated me . CHECK YOUR ORDER ! Also called the restaurant and the guy on the phone made it seem like they don’t maintain a list of names if people didn’t receive items . You either pick it up same day or you loose out (thats what I picked up from the conversation) . Won’t get here anymore, they don’t seem like honest people after tonight .

Ohh man these people are slow like slow slow. Went there many time always people waiting long and long for food. There is a guy i dont know his name his like 5 little healthy he always try to get things going as fast as possible . Make sure you have some extra time of you coming here

Eat their old, dry chicken with stinky oil smell and you won’t be able to eat chicken for next 7 days. Its been 5 days and still my stomach is upset.

Check your bag if you are not dining in...no sauce even tho it was specified in order and no spork or napkins. Chicken on cold side and looks like it was sitting a bit.

This Popeyes is the SLOWEST and most Unfriendly Popeyes I've been to . I had a 4 piece with red rice and beans and it was to go, My Napkins and utensils purposely left out or maybe it's just incompetence.

Left items out, mixed spicy and mild; we ordered only spicy. Gave us dry chicken that been sitting around. Skip the strip and nuggets. Literally just breading. Ordered an almost $65 and they gave us 2 ranch dressings and wanted to charge for more.

Can't go wrong tastes great every time. The hype caused a bit of a wait for the sandwiches, but at the end of the day they were juicy, delicious, crunchy, and the experience was pretty funny overall.

It was kind of crowded when I got there but it was worth the wait great service and great food

Craving for a spicy chicken then this came to my mind. place wise it is clean and orderly. Definitely will return.

Nasty dirty restaurant with rats running through the parking lot! Horrible customer service. Always missing something and food never fresh. Ordering only is a hassle because it takes hours for your order. Wish i didn’t give it a start nasty place.

Unfortunately, the electric was off due to the storm. A Quick run for food took a little time, because everyone had the same idea. I was glad Popeyes had electricity.

I ordered the new Buffalo Ranch Sandwich. It was a chicken strip sandwich with the buffalo ranch sauce. It tasted good. I wasn't expecting strips exiting my bun with every bite. I'm not sure this area will ever get a "decent" Popeyes. But you get what you get and it's edible.

Terrible service they didn't have beans and rice so I got dirty rice it was spoiled had the worst smell and they're always out of items like chicken? Not good.

This is my go to Popeyes. There is usually a little wait to get the food but I like placing my order online to save some time. The food is always really nice and hot.

Worst service ever girl staring off into space line of 5 people never acknowledge the guests. Staff all non professional worst Popeyes ever. District manager needs to come in and do a surprise visit and retrain the whole team.

Terrible service, I ordered online and an hour later my food was not ready. The location was filthy, and people who came in after me got their orders before me. Manager had no idea what was going on when I called. There is better food in the same parking lot, I suggest avoiding this location

ordered 12pc tenders only , it is 14.99 in menu , i was charged with 26.99 , the cashier said it was just that the price is different from the menu ! i was offered refund but i so want chicken so oh well , sketchy!
