    Employees lying about not having any sauce. If you gonna charge for extra then let me know. Don't be lying saying, "no we have no more".

    Came through the drive thru. Didn't have to wait long, nor was it busy, but somehow my order was still somewhat wrong. The cashier even repeated my order, and asked if we wanted sauce. I know it seems small, but I order cheese( which is charged for) on a sandwich, I expect cheese. Normally I wouldn't complain, but when it happens everytime, it adds up. On top of that, I wasn't given my receipt therefor I miss out on reward points.

    WARNING - AVOID THIS JACK IN THE BOX. If I could I would give this one a Zero!! I am a senior citizen. I have been going to this one at least 5 times a week. I keep giving them another chance, but NO MORE! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! I went inside to place an order. There was no one waiting to order. I left after waiting a full 15 minutes without them even acknowledging me at all (even though they looked several times and saw me). They never said anything to me. The other Jack in the Box's let you know that if they can't take your order right away they will be with you shortly. On another visit, I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets (with other items) and asked if I could get 3 sauces for the nuggets. The manager said NO. EVERY TIME I GO TO THE DRIVE THRU IT IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY SLOW. They will not take your order until the vehicle at the window leaves. That makes the line back up and get long. They are very rude (especially the manager).They do not give a receipt with your order (I'm sure they don't want a negative response on the survey that's on the receipts). Every other Jack in the Box I have ever been to will either automatically give a receipt or ask if you want it. I have left very negative responses on their surveys with no response or changes made. I now go out of my way to go to other Jack in the Boxes or their competitors.. EVERY OTHER JACK IN THE BOX TREATS YOU RIGHT. In fact, their competitors (McDonald's, etc) treat you better than they do. At this Jack in the Box they never thank you. Other ones (and their competitors) thank you (the great majority of the time).

    Where should I start I feel like I'm preaching the same thing that the last 3 reviews said homeless people everywhere the guy taking the order is rude can't count change back my order with $7.20 I gave him $10.20 he gave me back $2.30 I tried to tell him that it was wrong but he didn't want to listen. It's Saturday Is April 24th at 1141am. Review your camera you We'll know who was working the Mexican dude that can't count. It's nice to see that prices are getting more expensive with inflation and you get shotty service congratulations!!!

    It was on Saturday morning . Once we arrived the restaurant was empty, but it took them a while to take our order. The tables were filthy like if they weren’t cleaned up since who knows when. To top it off, my main concern were the curly fries order I made, which were all dried and burnt. They seemed like leftover fries from the night before. Totally unacceptable!! I still love Jack in the box, but I definitely will be going to a different location next time.

    Cannot take the order correctly at the drive-through customer service was lacking I've traveled all over the Bay area and Sacramento this is the worst Jack in the Box yet tacos taste like yesterday's lettuce was you lettuce was used horrible experience. The oreo shake was not completely made correctly was filled halfway with whip cream and no cherry on top. The food temperature was also incorrect on the hot stuff was not hot and the cold stuff was not cold. I know there's a lot of homeless people around there but that doesn't mean that they have to treat this place like a homeless facility. They should have more integrity and pride in what they do and serve the public correct food as healthy as possible.

    I came through the drive through to make an order and two times the guy was rude and kind of rushing us and cut us off two times when we tried making an order and they are very rude and have poor customer service. I am never going to this Jack in the Box ever again. One sour apple ruins the bunch for the rest. But we got our orders.

    Worst experience with a Jack in Box ever. Prompt on our drinks, waited 20 minutes for food, didnt get original receipt. Talked with Martha who stated they already gave out our food. Only 5 people max in the dining area for that duration. Had to have food to go now and still messes up the order. Didn't have time to argue with them. People do have times lunch breaks. They were talking spanish in background and said someone was confused. I do speak english and spanish. Had to ask for reprint of receipt, which no longer asks to rate their service. I think it is good to hire people with special needs but their needs to be someone there that isn't.

    For the SECOND time, I have been shorted items that I ordered &paid for, got NO receipt either time. The first time this happened was several months ago and did not check my order until I got home. This time I forgot to check until I was out of the parking lot and had to go back and get in the very long drive thru line again as their door are locked up tight in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. I would give them 'negative' stars at this point, if that was an option.

Cambiaron lo único que me gustaba el sándwich de pollo. En fin sacaron otro que por cierto el color está feito, pero parecía pasable hasta este LUNES N LA NOCHE! COMPRE EL SANDWICH DE GRILL POLLO Y SIEMPRE LES PIDO QUE POQUITO MANTEQUILLA Y BUENO LES PONGO EL SÁNDWICH QUE DEFINITIVAMENTE TUVE QUE TIRAR A LA BASURA PORQUE NI SIQUIERA MIS PERRITOS LO QUISIERON, ESTO ES UNA BURLA Y DESEO MI DINERO DE REGRESO, NO COMPREN AHÍ NO LES GUSTA SU TRABAJO Y definitivamente tampocoadentro siempre está sucio y huele tan mal.! EN FIN VEAN LAS FOTOS! Y RÍAN! Yesterday at approximately 8.40, we went through the drive thru, and the first surprise was that the man a latín güero, who was attending, called me güera, do you speak Spanish? It caused me a bit of curiosity, it didn't bother me, but it did make me a bit reckless, because I always tried others , myself with respect. Anyway, I asked for my order and wait, when I was on the line, a homeless asked me to eat, I had already passed, where the food is ordered, so I told the homeless to please wait for me on the other side, because , I was going to buy him his food. The surprise was, when I got to the window is that when I asked for something extra, the man told me as if jokingly that he could no longer order more. I replied that he would wait on the other side as they do in all other places. He said no because they couldn't come out to give orders after 9pm. It was not yet 9pm. I begged him to please charge me and he would retrain me to pick it up. Rudely he said no, I clarify that he still did not have my order ready. They weren't super busy either. behind me were 2 cars. IT WAS RUDE AND INPRUDENT, because he laughed sarcastically. I paid and left, I had to give one of my sandwiches to the man, and the tacos because he was really hungry. I told the rude and lazy employee about him! that he read here, and that he was making his store look bad for the thousandth time. AND THE RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH, PLEASE PEOPLE,DO NOT BUY THERE, ITSNOT CLEANING IS ALSO NOT GOOD! HIS DRIVE THRU SMELLS OF HOMELESS URINES.

    I came here for lunch, approx. 11:05am ordered a sourdough jack meal with curly fries and two tacos. Sat in the drive thru almost a whole half hour, requested ranch and was told they would only give me one for free. I decided not to pay and left. How stingy can they be? And what a waste of time. I only needed two. Ridiculous. The woman even refused to let me speak to a manager about it. Never coming back.

    If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat! This Jack in the box is by far the worst! I placed an online order today at the wrong restaurant(this one) so I called the number on both my receipt and on this Google page NOT once BUT 7 times today to have the order canceled and my money returned and haven't gotten a single answer! Noone picks up the phone there and now I'm having to jump threw hoops to get my money back! This isn't the first time I've had this experience with this location but it will be the last because I will never go to or order food from this location again...

    4* due to I didn't like how the guy taking my order in the drive threw talked to me also I asked for curly fries and I got regular ones the Angus American cheese burger was bomb as he.. it didn't taste like a fast food burger

    Great food! Good service, if only a bit slower than some. But when living in the time of a pandemic, or living paycheck to paycheck, it can be a bit pricey. Outside of price, a solid 4.7 of 5.

    Been coming to this location for years, 90% of the time the drive thru is wrapped around the building and has an assortment of people standing outside the order menu asking for change. Plan on 30 minutes wait time minimum, keep doors locked, windows up, audio system as loud as you dare, and look forward. Double check your order, and go... quickly.

    The only thing consistent is the poor attitude and bad service. I got foot this morning and I had to ask for the receipt and got a reprint because they automatically throw them away. There was a long black hair in my fries and the lady practically shoved the food out and promptly shut the window again. No interactions or greeting. The people who work here are rude and need to take lessons on customer service.

    by far the worse jack in the box ive ever been to waited 5 minutes in the dining room for someone to take my order ordered a supreme crossiant and when i tell you they literally just gave it to me straight out the microwave smh i took one bite and spit it out,the floors was sticky there was like 3 people workin in there ,corporate needs to step in and make some changes because all these people with bad reviews including myself are not lying

    I feel robbed by your employee. She said i have to pay for ranch, and that's odd, first time for me. Didn't think much of it, paid it. I realized something was up when she didn't give me a receipt, so i asked for one and drove off. Turns out she charged me for jalapeños. I would rather see that money go to jack than in the pocket of that lady.

    No ok at all...I went through the drive through about 5 minutes ago...fries seemed hot. Got home to give them to my son and the fries looked like they were re dropped in the grease...super hard crunch and hollow...very unexceptable when the line was not long. Lazy staff and I will be in tomorrow for a refund...store manager needs to re train night staff

    Was pleasantly surprised to eat a delicious fast food burger for the 1st time in years. The buttery swiss jack , w the garlic butter hit the ball outta the park. That burger was worth the dollars until they forgot about the garlic butter. 1st they ran out, then they didn’t have it , and didn’t know what I was talking about , and would just make things up regarding the missing garlic butter at multiple locations in the area. I notice the missing garlic butter every single time. Doesn’t seem to be a concern of any employee at all. Basically paid for a sandwich that everyone forgot how to make until I could no longer find a reason to spend my money at Jack in the box any longer. Also I ordered curly fries was given regular fries and let the drive-through cashier know at which point he told me that” please do not do that , Im just an employee and this is none of my business, and to not do that again”I guess because my kids had already eaten a few of the regular french fries before we noticed they were not the curly fries I ordered. I ordered a hot coffee and it was so old that it was completely undrinkable. The bacon Swiss buttery jack was one of my favorite burgers 💔😢

    I ordered tacos they were ice cold ! They made half the order then put them on the counter not under a heat lamp! Then it took them another 5 minutes to get the rest of my order into the bag which was cold as well cuz they were sitting in the back while they were doing other stuff outside of the fryer! I need to finish one order at a time the worst service

    I had went to this drive thru a few times n it's the worst experience I had the lady there do drive thru in the morning was very rude. I asked for hot sauce she gave me a dirty look. I understand she must not like her job but to be rude by walking off while I said thank you to her. Everytime I go through drive through I never get thank you they just hand you the bag and walk off before you can even asked for something. McDonald's have better customer service and I understand why they are busy because they have better customer jack n the box can learn from them.

    The food was good, and the people working there were nice. The wait was so long! I reversed out of the drive thru due to the wait time, I went inside and same thing. Only 1 person in there who already ordered and I only got a drink and small fry. The wait time was too long.

    I have gotten food at the drive-thru from the Jack in the box in North Highlands a couple of times now when I have been in that area. The people are nice and the food is always exactly what I ordered. This location actually gets it right every time. Awesome to find a place that gives me what I paid for.

    The emplyees can not take. Orders. Right I been over charge. My orders was 14 80 something. Two 26. N 1 29. Breakfast. She try to tell no no. That i order 1 sandwitch That lady. Usely work at the drive thru window. Is a scam artis. She over charge people.

    I ordered a double stack which looked to me like a double stack cheeseburger but it wasn't it was a egg, ham, cheese and breakfast sausage croissant and I really wanted a cheeseburger the advertisement should have been a little clearer on what it was I was buying so I ate the double stack it was not that good it was dry and the eggs was scorched.. I also ordered two milkshake and it came to $24.00

    Wow! This jack in the box need lots of help! They didn't get my order right twice and when they gave me the food they forgot part of it , the salad was old the grill chicken tasted bad! . The bathroom was dirty, smelling! Dinning had trash on the tables , floors dirty! I couldn't eat ! I almost vomited. This kind of food service should not be allowed. We are trusting/paying for quality and fresh food , this is not right.

    There were only 2 people working. I was the second car in line, yet I waited about 20 minutes for the first car to get their order. I would have left except there was no way to get out of line in the drive through as cars were lined up behind me. I won't go here again.

    I would never go to this location ever again. Waiting in line for 15/20 minutes just for my burger not to be cooked all the way and my fries to be half frozen. It was at 10:30pm, so I couldn't go inside and I wasn't gonna wait in another long line, so I tried to call them and nobody answered.

    This particular jack in the box served the crapiest meal I have ever seen. They were advertising on the board double bacon cheeseburger. It looked huge and delicious..omg when we opened it (well before we opened it) the thing looked smaller then a kids happy meal burger..opened it u could barely see the bun the cheese soaked it up and it looked like gross old runny cheese could not even see the 2 patties. And it cost 7.99 it was approx. 9;30 at night. Oh there was no bacon on it..I was surprised .

    I went to 2 different locations and both only were taking cash payments. Which is fine if they were having system issues or something, but the way they handle it is ridiculous. It took me 10 minutes because I went through the drive through, ordered 3 kind of complex meals, then at the very end the employee said "oh we only take cash payments thank you". 🤬 I didn't have cash at the time and there were customers in front and behind me so I couldn't leave until the line progressed. Really frustrating. I feel that should have had it posted.
