My wife and I love this place especially when we take our little guy with us. My wife saw 2 parrots on some guys shoulder and was amazed by it so the guy let the birds go on her finger and they climbed right on as i took a picture for her to keep and everyone that goes through there is so nice and very talkative especially when their dogs jump on you from being so excited but they didnt have any koi fish which was the reason why I went that day! Had to go somewhere else unfortunately to get them.

Kevin is so helpful, kind and informative. He approached us and his energy definitely made me feel like I was making the right decision by purchasing my second Cuban False Chameleon. We love our new addition so much already! Thanks Kevin!

75% of the employees are are friendly and helpful. I mostly go here to buy meal worms, super worms and wax worms for my bearded dragons. Booked my dog for a simple bath. Received a call in advance with them trying to get me to do a full package cut etc. For significantly more money. But, I prefer his groomer at home (Petco) because I ask for specifics and she knows the drill. She had to comb a couple mats out of his tail and decided anything more was too much. So I picked him up as they refused to bathe him. No doubt because I wasn't spending what they wanted me to spend based on his prior grooming in Houston at Petsmart. Autumn was nice enough but I should have known better. After all I had read the reviews and they weren't all stellar. So, moral of the story? Never again. One bad experience is enough for me. I just wanted a simple bath for a 20 lb dog.

The two people who assisted me were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that so much. I went in stressed about my new puppy and my questions were answered and came home w great products!

Banfield pet hospital helped me through a hard situation where I had to put my long time loved dog down as he was in pain and old, they handled it with the most professional and sensitive courtesy possible.

Always have enjoyed going to PetSmart. The Westside location is no different. Very good customer service and it always clean & orderly, a big job for such a huge store. Ordered online, waited 2 min for someone to bring it out, and was on my way with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I had my dog, Sable groomed here today. It's the third time she was done and each time by a different groomer. All did a very good job. Sable is a standard poodle mix. Very friendly and used to being groomed so having different groomers is easy peezy for her.

I've never had any issues at any location. Stores always clean and well stocked, people are nice, amazing selection, they seem to have a little bit of everything, prices seem decent, I'm just guessing because I haven't compared with online or elsewhere. They have a rewards program if you're a frequent shopper that might save you some cash over time, every little bit helps.

We had our little mini golden doodle groomed there. The groomer, Jose, was fantastic. Easy to work with, understand what we were looking for. We were very pleased with the grooming.

I and my bullie were in dire need of a tough chew bone for him. We found a good buck bone. Awesome.

The grooming did a real good job on my dogs. One of my babies is scared all the time and she handed him back and he didn't seem really distressed like he was last time. . and they look adorable 🥰

I recently visited Petsmart to purchase some pet supplies, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The store had a wide variety of products for different types of pets, and I was able to find everything I needed for my furry friend. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations and answering any questions I had. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because I found some of the prices to be slightly higher compared to other pet stores in the area. However, given the convenience and quality of the products, I still consider it a great option for pet supplies. Overall, I had a good experience at Petsmart and would recommend it to fellow pet owners.

The betta fish they have on display are all sickly. Last year they had a dead one on the rack. Saw these guys on the rack. It’s sad how these guys are treated

They are well stocked with a variety of items for my aquatic and furry friends. The staff was patient and kind when we brought our brand new adoption in for socializing. I think they know we need the training time more than the animals do. : )

Went to buy my dogs their food. Bought treats, a leach & collar. I believe PetSmart has pretty much everything your pet may need.

They have little carts your dog fits in. Then they give the doggies free milk bones while you're cruising the aisles. Hahaha Good business, I went in for dog food but bought all kinds of stuff. I'll tell you who.loves that place it's Bubba the little bulldog here. He loves the place. Youll like the store. The place where they treat the pets like kings. If your dog is like mine, put it in the cart push it around the store. It will really love it. They lnow thats their store. Every item in there has dogs and cats pictures on them. Yes, I know my dog knows thats his store. I like the store.

Watched the cashier sell a male and female betta to a customer. The customer thought it would be okay to keep the two together in a 2.5 gallon tank ( which isn’t even enough room for one, let alone two very territorial and aggressive fish) the cashier said “I guess you’ll find out if it works” and didn’t even try to give the customer any knowledgeable or helpful information. You knowingly sold an animal to an environment that would most definitely kill them. Stop selling fish, you guys are known worldwide for the horrible conditions these animals are put in. I thought the cashier would at least inform the customer to get a lager tank and give them more information on Betta care but nothing because it was quite obvious they did not care bit.

Our Zula loves to go pick out new babies and stylish new sun hats. We will continue to come her for her shopping needs.

Got the Guinea pig sized costumes for my kitty (4 months). We love em😍 but he's not the biggest fan 😾
