    I was moving from out of state and signed my lease 30+ days before moving in to a one bedroom. These are some picture of the unit I was handed the keys too. Upon walking into the unit there was two workers inside. I asked who they were and they said they were just finishing up the inspection from the last tenant since the floors were redone the day before. They had over 30 days to look at my unit and they waited till the day of. There was 0 cleaning done of the unit in between tenants. The office ladies were very nice and tried to clean the unit for me however I did not feel comfortable moving into this property. When I asked the assistant manager if the maintaincd would come and repaint the missing spots from the last tenant and she told me ā€œno just mark it on your inspection paper so you donā€™t get charged when you move outā€ The lack of maintenance has caused the entire outside premise to smell like dog urine and old trash. Itā€™s clear there was no attempt to clean my unit before I arrived and they are just charging security deposits without maintaining a livable environment.

    They were charging us more in our first month than we had signed in our lease and they wouldnā€™t give us an explanation of what the extra charge was. And recently we found this trash in the stairs. Thereā€™s always dog poop all around the complex, but when it comes to the trash they want us to place it a certain way. Theyā€™ve been remodeling the outside of the buildings and the dirt is coming into the apartment. When you try contacting the managers theyā€™re never available to help you. Stay far from this place, do not recommend.

    I donā€™t even know where to begin. I lived here for 5 years with 2 different Apt. Co. and both deserve a zero rating. My Apt. 3101, was constantly flooding, walls and floors were ruined. Infestation of bugs and gnats. You freeze in the winter and burn up in the summer and still the PNM bill can be $200 a month. I was always sick with a constant cough, and allergies, and burning lungs and sinuses while living here. Every tenant that has a dog let them defecate and urinate at your front door or outside your balcony, and while they wait for their dog, they smoke and throw the butts into your balcony. If you get home after 4:00 pm, you can never find a parking. If you park in handicap parking, everyone will take that parking too. They charge you 2 trash fees and you canā€™t find a trash bin to throw your trash, they force you to use valet trash, so that attracts pests outside your door. They charge you for more and more fees every time you pay your rent. They donā€™t only raise your rent $50, they raise it $200 and $300 a year. They never fix anything. I didnā€™t have a working microwave till the 4th year I lived there. The neighbors are a whole different ballgame. The never pick up after their dogs, they throw their trash everywhere, they make noise constantly, theyā€™re rude and obnoxious, they smoke pot and fight, and you hear it. Then thereā€™s the homeless people that run around with machetes, and they are constantly checking peopleā€™s doors, and vehicles for valuables. Cars get stolen and broken into. Then thereā€™s the senior apts. next door. Omg! You canā€™t walk outside of your Apt. without hearing and seeing all the drama that goes on there, and they will suck you in if you let them. Did you say office and office management? Where are they? Your guess is as good as mine. The door at the office is always locked, nobody home, the staff changes constantly. When you move out, they think of all kinds of crazy fees to charge you, one last kick in the gut. They charged me $1000 for replacing the flooring after 5 years of flooding! It Needs to be replaced, years ago! Omg!!! Insane! Run away from this nightmare! šŸ˜«

    I wish this review was solely for the maintenance department because they would get a 5 star review. The maintenance team is the only reason itā€™s this review isnā€™t a 2 star review. Leonard was great help took care of the list of problems we had. He showed up on time and read the notes in our request. Took care of everything he was great. The apartment are very over priced for the quality they are in. Roches everywhere and weā€™re clean. Black would in the bathrooms, very poor be ventilation. Floors are laminate floors so they rip way too easy. But hey at least they have an awesome maintenance team! Keep up the great work!

    Lived here for about 8 months, and all I can say management is a good reason NOT to live here. Overall, my apartment was good, but it sucked there wasnā€™t elevators or at least a 3rd staircase in the middle of building 3. Be ready to get charged randomly for stupid reasons too.

    Isabella helped me move into a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom two bath for me and my boys. Iā€™ve never experienced such great customer service. Iā€™m very happy she was there today to move us into our new home. Update: Still happy with my choice moving here. Maintenance is very attentive and quick. Leonard Bernal has been the most helpful.

    Iā€™ve lived in 7 different states in the last 3 years, and I have to say Isabella and staff gave me the most hassle free and painless experience to date. Isabella was extremely helpful in answering my many questions while simultaneously working very diligently and quickly to get me moved in as soon as possible. The day of signing there were no surprises and it all went smoothly- a first in my experience. I attribute this to her experience and thoughtfulness. Maintenance staff (Shoutout Leonard) was also extremely fast and proficient in correcting any issues as they came up. Within a few minutes of posting a work order they had shown up and worked to resolve the issue. So thankful.

    Went apartment hunting when we ran into the kindest most informative employee! Haley was helpful in ever which way, went above and beyond our expectations! If you are also looking I high recommend to come to Solaire Apartments and ask for Haley! You will be treat with the up most respect.

    Leonard Bernard is one the Maintenance Supervisorā€™s here at Solaire, my first encounter with him was a few months back when I left one of my bags with 1500$ worth of equipment & he came out of his way to make sure it was returned safely to me, great guy, & really sets the example of how much Solaire cares about there resident, this man deserves a raise. šŸ‘šŸ½
