After three horrible experiences at this location, I will never go back again. This last time, we ordered 3 simple sundaes. First off, they have maybe 4 flavors in stock. Toppings? None. Then they completely messed up one and used two different flavors of ice cream. Since we were driving, we asked for lids. We were told they were out of lids. We'll go to the one on Southern next time.

We came in tonight not realizing they were closing (we hate being those people) but the staff told us to take our time with eating, despite they were closing. They also allowed others to come into the lobby after they were starting to lock up. That alone shows their customer service skills! Great job Bernalillo Baskin Robbins!

Half the flavors were out and almost all of them were mislabeled, yet the employee seemed very annoyed when we asked what the flavors were. The display was a mess, and they were out of cherries, spoons, and properly sized lids. As others have me tioned, the Dunkins portion is just fine, but the B&R was comically bad.

I went here at 6:30 p.m. today. I went through the drive-through, and everything I tried to order they were out of, and I ended up with a milkshake of what they had. It became apparent that the individual who was working was working by himself and stressed due to the amount of demand from clients waiting in the drive-through and inside. Multiple reviews have complaints of there only being one person working. Honestly, this is a huge indicator of poor management. You are a huge brand but “can’t” pay another individual minimum to average wage to help. Thank you to the employee who is trying his best. Sorry your leadership team doesn’t provide the support you need.

I’d like to start with how amazing the staff is! Made me feel incredibly welcomed! Clean & presentable facility. Delicious ice cream. Will definitely recommend this spot to the whole wide world 🤘😝

Come on BR in Bernalillo. Order some bananas for your splits. Have at least two competent workers on for one shift. I want my money back!

Great customer service, clean restaurant and well stocked. Friendly staff and festivly decorated for Valentines Day! I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, and I have to say it was one of the best drinks I've ever had! Five stars, two thumbs up, round of applause all that!

It’s really sad to see a business that has 3 different signs - hand made showing that their dining room is open but it’s closed. This happens frequently at this location [yes I took a picture) clearly today there are 2 people inside, and then go thru the drive thru and they don’t have the ice cream your looking for. Very disappointed.
