Desert Willow Apartments has the worst property management EVER !!! I’ve been complaining about my neighbor since September and they are NOT doing anything to fix the problem I’ve been threaten my neighbor and my car has also been hit my neighbor the music she plays through the whole after hours is ridiculous !! The fact that I have to move out of my apartments that’s I’ve been here for 4 years never late on rent always been a loyal customer to them shocks me !! I know everyone sign a contract when you first move in here and the fact that she had broken that multiple times and they’re not willing to do anything about it it’s mind blowing !!!! SMH APD even shocked of how many compliments this woman has gotten and NOTHING being done !!

I truly loved living here and was extremely sad when I had to move. Never had any problems while I was there. So i was taken completely off guard when upon my moving out they charged me a $100 cleaning fee and $ 60 to have the carpets professionally cleaned. I had the carpet professionally cleaned before i left and that apartment was immaculate when i left. So don't bother cleaning because they are going to charge you anyway. Bad call for management smh

The maintenance is very lazy and does not finish there work the day of have an excuse all the time now a new Management Samantha it tells you the company is terrible and not willing to help residents in need.. I have to give one star to post test but I wouldn’t give any stars at all if I had the option just a Post ZERO stars from me zero

All I have to say is that this place is amazing!!!!!!!!!!. I have been here for going on 3 years now and for the past year since they have put Antoinette as the new manager I can tell that this place has really turned around a lot. she values us as tenets as well as people and individuals. I have had some unfortunate life events happens an she as been there to help with whatever I needed as quick to help[ fix what ever needs to be done. I appreciate everything that they have done. And really never plan on moving from my apartment. Keep up the amazing job team. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rent keeps going up, the neighbors are loud, and there are enough unattended children living here to start an army. But as someone on a fixed income, my options are limited. Overall, the staff and maintenance are courteous. The grounds are normally well kept, except during this ridiculous construction. Looks like a bomb went off here, sounds even worse 5 days a week (sometimes 6).

Just saying been here for three years and don’t mind how they run it except for vehicles constantly being vandalized. If you don’t lock your doors expect for the handles to be pulled every night and cars gone through. I do enjoy the two bedroom two bath with washer and dryer they provide along with pool, hotub easy access to the balloon fiesta and being so close to I25. It sucks because it’s hard to find a place like this in abq listed at the price it is, that allows pets Then if you call in to file a report there’s not much they can do. Told us to put up cameras and file with APD. Good luck with that unless someone is caught in the act and even then. Other then that take your valuables out of your car lock the doors and be sure to have proper insurances. Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to take home policy insurance to be covered on all ends.

My 5 stars are for Violet. I have not lived in Desert Willow apartments long enough to give it my review. I do have to say that Violet was wonderful. She helped me and my family through a ruff time. Violet you were caring through it all and I appreciate you so much. You definitely know your job and are very good at it. Thank you for being you!

On 11/18/2023 at 12:00 I stopped in with hopes to look at an apartment. The office staff member showed no interest or urgency to show me what a unit looks like. I will not give this place my business because of this experience with poor customer service on the front end. I did not receive welcoming vibes.
