We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful, updated, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. The breakfast was nicely presented and has quality choices. I always eat oatmeal and they had raisins, walnuts, honey, brown sugar and a wonderful thick slice of fresh raisin bread, yummy!!!

Nice place to lodge and rest.... Room was clean. We had a standard room reserved and enjoyed the king size bed! We had our children with us so the staff was very accommodating with extra towels and blankets and pillows. The breakfast was gourmet with plenty to choose from --- eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereal, etc. That's something that's important to us when we book a hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and wash some clothes in the guest laundry area! There were restaurants nearby as well. Overall pleased with accomodations!

Perfect! Staff was exceptional, room was clean, actually clean. They were completely full, but it never seemed full. The only thing I would say was not perfect was the elevator was a bit slow at times, but by no means was it an issue. And breakfast was great! I don't stay in the Albuquerque area much, but when I do, I will always go to Bernalillo to stay at the Holiday Inn Express!

All the stuff that really matters was great: beds, service, breakfast. There were a couple issues though. There's only one elevator, and sometimes it's very slow. On some floors the elevator buttons don't light, so you're not quite sure if it's coming. It's also kinda hard to find; don't know how anyone did it before navigation. The breakfast was very good though

My wife and I stayed here for three nights during the balloon fiesta. Honestly, this was the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in. It felt like a much more expensive hotel than it was. Small things such as peppermints are nice little “surprises” after driving. Breakfast was awesome! The sausage gravy and cinnamon rolls tasted like they were from a breakfast eatery, not a hotel! They even had a grab and go breakfast set out before 4:30 am so guest could have something to eat on the way to the fiesta….how awesome is that! I do not remember the young lady’s name that checked us in last Saturday night, but she was super nice and even had some great food recommendations for us. If you are in the area, definitely check out Bosque Brewing Company and Turtle Mountain Brewing Company….they do not disappoint. Lastly, the location of this hotel was great. There was not nearly the amount of traffic headed south to the fiesta as there was coming north out of Albuquerque. We only had about a 15 minute drive south down Interstate 25. You could not ask for an easier way to get to the fiesta. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here….it was great!

Amazing hotel! It’s not too close to the highway so you can’t hear cars driving by rapidly during the night, which is a huge plus for me. The breakfast was also delicious. I mostly enjoyed the Cinnamon Rolls and the Coffee. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, everything was really nice here. Great service too! The front desk was really polite with us. The area the hotel is in is also great with nearby restaurants, coffee places, and gas stations. Would go here again!

Plenty of room for parking a trailer. Breakfast had a variety of choices to satisfy most ppl. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and eager to please the guest. We stayed 4 nights. Twice in a jr suite twice in an executive suite. Both rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfy.

We were here for a soccer tournament at the Bernalillo soccer complex, so the location was great. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning was above average hotel breakfast. Hotel was crowded due to holiday weekend traffic.

I've been at this Holiday Inn Express for a week and the rooms are standard fare. But this is a clean, quiet motel with a nice breakfast. I had problems connecting my Mac to Wifi and Anna at the front desk tried repeatedly to fix the problem (which never was fixed) but I do commend her for her patience and professionalism. Five star may be a bit high for this motel as it's a fairly standard motel; but it's well maintained, housekeeping is excellent and the staff are very well intentioned. I look forward to another week of staying here.

This is one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. I always appreciate the hospitality here, the front desk staff is amazing and go out of their way to accommodate guests. I recently stayed here and needed an early check in, Larry was super helpful with that and made sure that I had a clean room and everything I needed for my stay. The cleaning staff here are also very friendly and do a great job at keeping things clean, but also at making guests feel welcome. There is always fresh coffee made in the lobby too which is nice after a long drive! This is by far the best Holiday Inn in the area!!

Congrats to whoever received the gift I left in the fridge of a 6 pack of legit craft brew! Place was decent. Breakfast was great but the toaster kept tripping the breaker and the lady did nothing about it. Move the toaster people. Quiet. Location: 20 mins to fiesta park.
