A sacred pause on the frenetic road. I was with my partner visiting Lisbon for the second time as we love the country. We were just having an evening date while walking around the city. Suddenly, we saw the door of Terra Heal and look at each other feeling it was calling us. We decided to enter and everything was perfectly flowing since the beginning. We didn’t book it in advance since we were improvising. The guy received us gently and lovely. They serve us fresh water with cucumber. It was their last massage of the day and they were four therapists for another couple and us, so we could do it. The atmosphere, the decoration, their attention, their way of approach delicately, the music…. Everything was accompanying. We received the massage by Nilam and Bo. Wow.. they are just amazing. Highly professional, deeply connected human beings, knowing what the body needs, finding knots in our back we didn’t know we had…we feel grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It’s not casual that they have only incredible recommendations. Go for it!!! Anything you need: re-connection, heal any part of the body… thank you for this sacred pause.

The environment is serene and inviting. My therapist, Diogo, was professional and warm. The Hot Stone massage was the best one I’ve ever had. It was so good that I find myself trying to justify how to go back and get another one just a day later. It put me in a state of bliss. I highly recommend it.

Stumbled upon this little gem whilst walking past. So welcoming and offered us tea and refreshments. Got the 20min massage in the chair. Daiane did my massage and she was very thorough. Got to all the troublesome areas effectively. Absolutely enjoyed it and will defo visit again. Service is amazing and very friendly staff.

Did a 30 minutes head shoulder and neck massage and it was simply amazing. The staff is very professional and makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed before, during and after the massage. I will definitely come again

Best massage I’ve ever had! Had a deep tissue massage a few days ago and it was so good we had to come back again! We just had a 90min deep tissue massage and it was so good, that we might have to come a third time before leaving! They were very aware of all the tense spots and did a great job of communicating and finding/massaging the problem areas. Absolutely recommend Terra Heal Massage and we will definitely be back.

I was a little suspicious when all the reviews say it was (one of) the best massages they have ever had, and after trying, I have to say the same thing 😂 Peaceful ambience that creates another universe, very skillful and super friendly and caring therapist that made me feel so much more relaxed and happy in my body. The herbal tea and cucumber water were nice too. Highly recommended.

The massage was both relaxing and deeply therapeutic, and I felt very cared for. The space is warm and inviting.... such a calm and nourishing retreat in the middle of the city!! Highly recommended.

Have been here twice now and both times were amazing. Price is well set and the vibe is very good. I like how they first have a little chat with you on the sofa to check how you’re feeling and if there’s anything they need to know. Then you go to the massage room. And after the massage they have another relaxing chat with you to check how I feel. This gives the extra, I think. Today I had a 1h therapeutic massage from Gonçalo and he knew exactly which areas needed extra attention. The pressure was tough and I liked that. Definitely coming back again!
