Very bad service. They are very very irresponsible. I bought an air conditioning and paid €219 for installation. The technician came and asked me for extra €100 for the cleaning the pipe and the pipe fee. If I don’t agree, he said I need to pay around €40 for the visit fee. It’s a kind of cheating. Ok, I accepted and I paid for extra installation fee. But in the end, the air conditioning doesn’t work well with the cold wind and even can’t turn on the function of hot. I wrote email and went to the shop to complain. After two weeks, the shop arranged the brand technician to come to check. But he reported the problem is the installation. I went to the shop twice, they only could arrange the installation technician to come after 1 month. But until the appointment date, I waited in the apartment for the whole morning and the technician didn’t come and didn’t say anything. It’s totally unacceptable. I bought the new air conditioning and paid the installation fee the same price as the machine. But in the end, it doesn’t work and I have waited for more than 2 months. Really really bad purchase experience ever.

My husband bought a computer in record time today. This store is amazing. Best store for appliances, mobile phones, fans, vacuum cleaners, everything. And they are wonderful about replacing it if something goes wrong

Here you can buy things - mostly in the electronic field - that in other places no one has even heard of them ... Plenty of items in different fields can be obtained here. Recommended.

Very bad staff which doesn’t know how customers rights are working in Europe. Don’t recommend any of the store and won’t buy anything never again.

More than 30 min to receive the wrong product!! Had to change to another that served the purpose but wasn’t what I paid for and was expected. However, the frontdesk guy was a really good employee.

Not crowded a lot of options to evaluate. Huge exhibition You might have to wait to speak with the experts about specific areas.
