For protein, I recommend getting the "Blueberry Muffin" smoothie and adding protein powder over the "Body Builder." Not your average smoothies, if your looking for a unique twist on your typical smoothie this is the place! I had the pink tonic and I was not disappointed. Wish I had a smoothie spot like this in my neighborhood! Perfect stop for your afternoon pick me up for an energy boost or some of the other variety of smoothies they offer. Nice place. They produce some good stuff, juice wise. Just keep in mind the juice is 100% natural, so as soon as it starts getting warm, the flavour goes down a notch, but when it's fresh it's the best juice in the area.

Yao pressed juicery was exactly what I was looking for during my month in Lisbon. It has fresh pressed juices (in bottles), smoothies that they make on the spot, and vital shots (like The Kick, to kick an oncoming cold). They did run out of large regular green juices by 11:30am on Monday, so get there early to stock up.
