The hotel is located 5 minute walk from the train station. I had no idea where it was, but exited train, looked at the tourist map and found the street immediately. The staff was very friendly and got me into my room quickly. The room is very modern, cool silver treatment in the bathroom. It was clean, comfortable and had tea and coffee in the room with hot water appliance. The lobby has a computer available, and downstairs there is 24 hour expresso, with some snacks and a vending machine for drinks too. The back yard had modern chairs and ample room for several guests. The staff was very helpful concerning an early morning train schedule, printing the schedule, and arranging for a breakfast box to go. I was very pleased with me stay.

This place is one of the best things that happened to me in Sintra. Henry, the receptionist welcomed me with so much love and compassion and helped me resolve an issue I had when i arrived. It had always a "Yes" for an answer or a "Let me help you". The rooms were very clean and confortable, breakfast was perfect. I was very grateful to have chosen this place. The pwner and the people are kind and high spirited.

The location was fantastic but I think the best part was the front office staff. Teresa is amazing. She helped make our stay easy and fun. She recommended ways to get to the places we wanted to go to and booked the tickets for us. She also recommended fabulous and cheap restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well. I was surprised, actually.

This felt like a 5 star hotel! Just a short walk from the train station, I was leave my bags before check in. When I arrived back in the evening, they were already waiting for me in my room. The staff gave me great food and sightseeing recommendations and offered to make a dinner reservation for me. My room was large and had a great sunset view. Breakfast was awesome!!! So many pastries, delicious fruit, plus eggs and sausage. 10/10 would stay here again - best staff and accommodations.

Amazing experience. The room was clean, spacious and pretty. The receptionist explained to us what you can do in Sintra and where to go. Super close to the train station. Breakfast was delicious, all you can want for an instagramable oatmeal, pastries, coffee, tea, smoked salmon, prosciutto, cheese etc. I wasn't expected such a tasty breakfast. Good job!

Lovely accommodations. Quaint, boutique hotel. Nice breakfast spread, good wifi, great location, wonderful customer service and the rooms are very modern. If you have a top floor room-- you can see the Moorish Castle lit up at night.

Nice hotel with an amazing breakfast. The location of the hotel is good close to the train station, at 10 min from the historical center. Our room was small, but comfortable with modern furniture and a nice bed. The bathroom was as new. The breakfast is a buffet of a rare quality and variety: Nespresso coffee, fresh fruit including mango, papaia and maracujá, ham, cheese, pastries, yogurt, quiches. If you come with a car, finding a place is difficult. The hotel don't have a private parking. There is a free parking at 5-8 min walkingdistance, ask the reception. However during the day it's quite busy.

The rooms were clean and nice. The showers were amazing! And the free breakfast was amazing! The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Very close to the station and the best restaurant in the city is right across the street, Incomum. Do not hesitant to book this hotel and a dinner reservation across the street. Just fabulous!

Not trustworthy. Two months after booking an appartment they messaged that it is a problem because they overbooked it. Offered a hotel room alternative. The parking was the reason to choose them and they promised that we can use the same parking as the appartment, however the parking was full when we arrived and we had to find a spot on the street (was for free but not convinient). Otherwise the breakfast was ok and the bed was very comfortable. The room side was by the street and was quite noisy.

I had a wonderful vacation with a unique nature, truly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel staff was extremely attentive. I would like to thank the hotel and its staff for providing a dream-like holiday."

The staff is always smiling and showing good attitude towards clients. I went here with my family and felt a warm welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. The rooms are clean and design is good. Also room service was Fast to provide our needs. Products serviced n breakfast is tasty and fresh. Also there are so much variants to eat! It's not an expensive hotel, but certainly a very nice one. It is just far enough away from the chaos around the station for it to be calm and quiet. The hotel is clean, modern and smart. The receptionist was really helpful. We booked a room which included breakfast, which was excellent. We would certainly stay a second time.

Perfect location for touring around Sintra. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food.

I stayed at Sintra Bliss Hotel for a night and notified them I would have a late check-in because my flight was scheduled to land at 22:30. Check-in ends at 23:00, well with delays my flight didn't arrive until 01:30 by the time I got to Sintra Bliss it was close to 02:30. The gentleman was still waiting at the front desk to let me check in. I'm really appreciative for his willingness to stay to make sure I was able to check-in to get a few hours of much needed rest.

My review is based on two nights in Bliss Hotel, room number 3. It’s on level -1 and as per reception staff it’s normal, that WiFi unfortunately doesn’t connect well there, in theory you can’t really use it so definitely not recommended if you need internet for work. Sliding doors for bathroom doesn’t give much privacy. Air conditioning doesn’t work - reception offered to send technician but nobody appeared. In this situation we slept with windows open, but what an irony, all the working ac units are just on the wall next to the balcony and make quite a noise. Terrace is a common area, if any smokers there - cigarette smoke goes straight to your room. Another thing, noise from pipes and other guests bathrooms. Flushing water, showers - you can literally hear all the water flow in the hotel. Room is just next to staff area, so morning wake up with banging objects etc. Room costs 120 per night and there is extra tourism tax in Sintra - 1 euro per person per night. Unfortunately they don’t charge you for all at once, the tax is paid at check out. If you don’t have prepared amount- be prepared to not get your change. And it’s not about the 2 euro I lost coz they don’t have change, it’s about principal. You don’t let me go without paying 4 euro, but you are completely fine with not giving my change. On the other side - breakfast is really good with amazing coffee, location is very convenient and place is really spotless clean.

Very new hotel, all looks tidy and clean. Room is really small, but cozy and good equipped. And super location: just near train station. Price is more then reasonable! I recommend this hotel for 1-2days trip to sintra.

Room in total was decent but the bathroom sliding door was not working. Even when we did tell to the staff about this - about half hour after check in - they did not do anything about it. So no privacy in bathroom. Hotel location was perfect - near bus station and railway station. There is good restaurant near also.

Nice and couzy place , but not so clean, not for perfectionists. Breakfast ok. Staff very friendly. Wifi good.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location with friendly service to explore the area. Walking distance the the old town and castle with museum.
