(Translated by Google) They do not answer the phone, they do not answer the messages of the app. The receptionists are more unpleasant people than they could have working in a place expensive for the public and for health. Nothing is important to them because it seems that everything bothers them. The CAP is always empty but there is never an appointment for emergencies, neither pediatrics nor adults. The attention from the chap is shameful, the staff is exaggeratedly unpleasant.

I encourage you to put written complaints in the mailbox of this CAP. At reception they never answer the phone, you have to end up going to the center and they assist you as if they bothered working. And once you get an appointment, the GPs leave a lot to be desired. In addition to giving erroneous diagnoses, which seems very dangerous to me, and not referring you to a specialist until months have passed and you continue to insist. As you can see, it is a CAP managed by BSA and not by the ICS. It is still a private company that the less it spends on its patients and services, the more they bill and the more money they distribute at the end of the year. Furthermore, they systematically deny you a change of GP or CAP.

Terrible management of this CAP. Every time I have a pediatric follow-up with my daughter, they change my appointment days after scheduling it. We have had at least 4 appointments in a row like this... You call to change it and then they change it again... On the other hand, Dr. Caballero's attitude and lack of professionalism were terrible; I had to beg him to give me leave, I was not feeling well and I told him that it was the first time I had asked for leave in my 33 years... In the end he gave it to me, but he threatened me that I would hear from the medical tribunal. Incredible. The same day I requested a change of doctor.

This CAP is shameful. It takes hours for them to pick up your phone (and if you're lucky) when they pick it up, it seems like you owe them something or that they're bothered by working and to make matters worse they don't do anything to help you. They have not wanted to manage a sick leave for me even though I had gone to the emergency room because "how are they going to do it for me if they have not visited me", when it is so easy to look at the report on the computer. Not even begging because I'm dying of pain... I really think they forget that they work with sick people. Little professionalism and empathy... They should urgently renew staff that is truly vocational.

It's incredible how you can waste hours calling so that no one picks up the phone and when they finally pick up and give you an appointment, it's all empty. I find it embarrassing and worrying. Measures should be taken about this, because it seems very strong to me that it is easier to make an appointment in a damn restaurant than to make an appointment with a DOCTOR, because people do not go on a whim.

You end up calling 061 to be attended to, and they tell you that they have many complaints about this issue... it is impossible for them to pick up your phone and when you arrive they are on their cell phones... they are very unpleasant (I will file a formal complaint) the emergency nurse calls to insist in that it is not necessary for you to visit you since he evaluates you over the phone, at the insistence he agrees but I think that they have never visited my children so badly, from now on everything will be official, I encourage you to complain because if not it is of no use to us You're welcome, when you arrive it's certainly empty! I think they should make a few changes to this CAP

(Translated by Google) awful! They leave you on hold and then hang up the phone without answering, on top of that when you go there they are not doing anything. Doctors take days without answering you online (Original) Horible! Te dejan en espera y luego te cuelgan el teléfono sin atender, encima cuando entonces vas allí no están haciendo nada. Los medicos tardan días sin responderte online

(Translated by Google) Embarrassing 40 calls one after the other and there's no way they'll catch it, that's because they go from picking it up, what a shame about a cap (Original) Vergonzoso 40 llamadas una detrás de otra y no hay manera de que te lo cojan eso es que pasan de cogerlo que verguenza de cap

(Translated by Google) On 10/24 the afternoon pediatrician visits us, who is not our son's because of his sick leave.... I tell him that we have been coughing for 7 weeks, 5 times in the emergency room, 4 visits to different pediatricians and the last time in the emergency room we they give cortisone for the cough and that they refer us to the pulmonologist... her response: - the reason for the visit? Sorry?!?!??!?! I tell him about our son's cough and referrals to the pulmonologist. - Since you've been here you haven't coughed..... He's been on cortisone for a day, I guess it's having an effect on him. He tells me he doesn't see it as bad. He makes him sit on the examination table and rudely tells him to take off a 5-year-old boy's shirt. He stares at it for 5 minutes without hiding it, finally hides it, goes to his table and tells me that he doesn't hear the whistles but he does at the end of his breath. He tells me that when he finishes his work he will do the report for the pulmonologist and I tell him if he will do the report... and he told me that he had already finished the consultation... I did not make the mess because I was going with a 5-year-old boy and It would be an example. Going for a serious problem with your child and being treated like this is very disgusting. So I'll file a claim and wait for his pediatrician, who is a spectacular man. They forget that he is a 5-year-old boy with bronchial problems.

The wait to be seen in this chapter is eternal, if you really have a problem it will take months and months to give you appointments so they can see you. It seems very strong to me since if you have a health problem, the longer it takes, the more complicated it can get, it gives the impression that they don't know this concept. I would also like to point out that they take a long time to answer calls, in this case you can easily waste a morning and a large part of the afternoon just to be attended to. I honestly don't know what kind of health professional is in charge of this hospital, but my opinion is that he is doing it really badly and endangering people's health.

Disastrous operation of this health center. From reception they do not answer the phone, they treat the patient very unempathetically, they give visiting hours when the illness no longer exists, there is no humane way for them to manage sick leave (due to MUFACE), they say they do not know how to do it. You also cannot make an appointment via WEB because their service does not work, even though the first thing they tell you is that you have to make an appointment with the doctor through this means. The attention of some doctors leaves a lot to be desired (Dr. Caballero, for example), going to visit this doctor and not going, it is the same. When you ask for a change of doctor, they systematically deny it. A total nonsense. This situation must be reported because this CAP has many users who are very poorly served. Personally, I have to feel very bad to make an appointment, but I usually solve it first by going to the emergency room because the few visits made in this CAP have never generated enough confidence in me. I have always consulted second opinions that have never coincided with the diagnoses and treatments indicated by my primary doctor (Dr. Caballero).

Disastrous treatment. I come for possible urine infection, bleeding, lower back pain and pain when urinating, feeling of wanting to go to the bathroom every minute. There is no one in the waiting room, 1:30 p.m. on a Friday, and their response is that they don't attend to emergencies and that I should go to the unit (20 minutes walk).

The cap of the mulberry pomar are unfriendly those who are behind the phone when you are going to ask for a day and time to visit you have to tell them until when you are going to charge and how. Not even if they were the doctors, we put the stars behind the glass.

It is impossible to contact the CUAP by phone, they have not answered the phone for years, you can try for days, weeks or even months and they will not answer. But you never see them exhausted by the amount of work, they just use it as an excuse. Unforgivable!
