Purchased a bed with a mattress. The delivery men accidently tore our mattress and it has two holes in it. I accepted the delivery, and contacted the company the next morning, because it was delivered in the evening, after customer support already stopped working. They got back to us three weeks later. I told customer support the entire truth, but all I got back were aggressive tones and lies such as that I didn't contact them the next day, which I did and I have proof. Absurd. I even got threatened! That it's illegal to "shame" companies online in Israel. Well let me just post this here, and please TRY to sue me. Very rude indeed. PS. Customer support promised to call me back and they didn't. Figures.

I run a short term rentals business in Tel Aviv. Started off with buying 1 folding sofa from Home Decor, and after getting good feedback on it from guests, I ended up buying 20 others from them. Home Decor's team is patient, reliable and easy going, they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and one of their team's mates (Sigal) even made sure I could send a payment to her after personally after work hours so I can get an urgent delivery I had. Their prices are very low comparing to others, even comparing to IKEA, and the quality is great as well. I totally recommend them.

Bought 2 pieces - a bed and a sofa. Both started deteriorating within 1 year and 1 day. Very cheaply made, bad materials looks cheaper than online in real life, and their service sucks. Go to dr couch, it'll cost a bit more and it'll be much better quality. And won't break as easily.

We ordered a closet 150cm. It came. We arranged for הרכבה from home decor. Those workers came a week later. They came and then said we cannot do it we need to have the whole room empty in order to work and left. We were not told that in advance dnd not sure if that is true. We hired someone else who did not need the whole room empty. Too bad that home decor had that kind of service.

Very BAD experience. Bought a couch from home decor. A month after it had broken. It took two months to get me noticed that a broken part is out of warranty and I can bye another one with 50% off. Bad quality furniture and even worth their warranty. Stay away
