Nice building. Terrible service ! We went there three times - hoping that what we experienced was an accident - but each time we had to deal with the same bad service.

Food is okey, pretty standard. Not wow, so pretty good option for kid families who don't want something complicated. Place itself is located next to park, so it's a nice view. Service is friendly.

Good points: Food was ok. Bad points: 1. Kids meal not in the menu. I saw girl eating something that not in the menu, asked waitress and, yes, they have it. 2. We were 4 people, waitress took our order, at the end, i asked to review it, she just turned and walked away. 3. Of course, they brought food only for 3 of us. The waitress came to us twice to say that we didn't ordered the 4th meal. Actually 4 people hear the order, she was the only one who didn't... Plus table of 4 making order of 3 meals, it doesn't seems her strange... 5. Accidentally we spill one drink on the table. Our fault, but no one came help us, they just throw to us papers. Of course we clean everything, when i asked for wet wipes to clean the seats, no answer, no wet wipes.... All in all, it was our first and last time in this place.

The food was good. Service very bad. We waited 20 minutes for someone to sit us down(mind you there was no queue) 1pm We ordered food for 5. We had a small kid with us. We had to ask for the kids menu. They didn't offer it. Only 3 mains came. We waited for the 4th, than when we asked they said they couldn't make them all in the same time. In a restaurant all the food should come together, not 30 minutes later where everyone has finished. The waiter was very rude and was talking back like it was our fault we asked for the 4th main to come in the same time. Or at least she could have told us that the food won't come in the same time. But didn't. She never apologised or said sorry for the inconvenience. We will never go back unfortunately. With staff so rude and unhelpful it's a one star from me. Not a great experience.

The place is comfortable, you can have a table literaly in the park, food is not bad, and like usually in israel service could be better. Long wait time to check out, sometimes it takes too long to have a table served. Guys, patch this and I will change the review, the least i can do.

Food is good, the BeyondMeat hamburger is quite nice. Atmosphere is ok: music is a bit loud and annoying and there are some mosquitoa in the summer. Service is slow and not very responsive although kind and polite.

Surprisingly the best burger you'll ever eat and the prices are reasonably okay !

Chain cafe in Rishon Lezion. Please, lower your expectations... We've sat there for lunch more than 10 ppl. It was mid august and the ac did not work. No compensation was offered, and when I suggested free ice coffee the answer was plain no.

I just might have arrived on a bad day, but they were lacking the ingredients for almost the entire menu. What I did order was nice and tasty, no complaints about that. And the restaurant was nice, the waitresses were nice as well. A bit pricey though. I would have rated it higher if they were not lacking ingredients, but as it stands now, 3 stars is generous in my opinion.

Great building, medium minus food, chef must have been tired or upset, since otherwise why would you ruin simple food?

Landwer doesn't need introduction. Good coffee, confectionery items, good setup for customers to relax and enjoy the coffee.

The dessers we ordered were so bad, we threw it away. Went down from 5 stars to 2. 2 is just because they still have a coffee machine. Really dissapointed.

We were there awhile ago at 1PM. It's already 1:45PM and we still don't have the food. Waited 45mins for food. My saba cannot wait for too long so he stand already to go home, and they told us that the food is coming. So we sitted again.... But the food was good. thanks ! a bad example of Landwer. The menu is very limited and they didn't have a lot of the options available. There is no breakfast menu (those that come with coffee+drink etc), there is no "coffee and pastry" menu and the coffee was really not good! I thought Landwer is pretty uniform but it's not.
