I showed up for an appointment. The door was locked and all the lights were on and no one came to the door. I called the phone number and was on hold for 30 minutes and I waited around for 30 minutes - I banged on the door and no one came to it. Earlier in the day I got a text saying that I had an appointment that afternoon- when I showed up at my scheduled time no one was around in the office. I do feel like this place is not the same since it changed ownership. I highly recommend going someplace else.

Over charged! They did not properly check with my insurance company to verify if I had met my deductible and billed me over $500.00. I paid with my FSA and when ask to submit my EOB (to the company that handles my FSA) for verification of the expense, it was then I realized my insurance covered everything in full ($6000.00 plus). Trying to reach someone is nearly impossible but when I finally did I was told the refund would be sent in 4-6 weeks. I asked why so long and I was told the company was in the middle of changing their name. I explained that my FSA will only allow me a certain time frame before deactivating my card (I have to submit proof of payment or return the money). It's been more than 5 weeks and I have not received the refund. I continually try to contact the billing department. I have left several messages but they do not return my call. It's at the end of my plan year. I cannot use the balance on my FSA because my card has been deactivated, even worse, if I do not receive the refund I will still have to pay back the money to my FSA. Also, my vein looks the same or slightly worse than before treatment.

I was 10 mins late for my appointment, I had my dog with me, I apologized for being late and I informed them that I couldn't call to notify them, because they have no direct number for their location, I was then asked if my dog was a service dog, which I answered yes. I was told that it would be an issue as the nurse who will be doing the scans / mapping of my leg is allergic to dogs, but I could leave the dog in the patient assessment room while my scans are been done. After my vitals were and I payed the co pay, I was seenby the doctor who explained the process and what would be done, he stated that he would have to reschedule me because he only have one staff member who can do the scan and that the fdogwill be a problem in the future, if they were understaffed this should have been said the moment I got there and they should not have collected any co pay.

Do not use this company. Since U.S.A. vein clinics took over this practice it has been disastrous. I was charged for a procedure I never had. It took me multiple phone calls and hours on the phone to get the charges reversed . You cannot communicate with the local office any more. You talk to a corporate office and no one seems to know what they are doing. Despite this I made the mistake of trying to get my last procedure done at the Annapolis office and after multiple attempts with appointment mess ups switched to another vein provider O’Donnell and got a appointment within a day. After 3 months I finally feel like I’m on my path to getting treatment.

Place has tanked since us vein clinics purchased. Horrible service, late for appts, zero customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Although my visit was short, I was seen by the doctor within minutes once I was taken into the private suites. I was scheduled a second visitor for my mapping of my left leg within week of my initial visit. I've recommended this clinic to friends and family in the past.

The staff and doctor seemed very caring. However, my legs look worse than when I started the process. My ankles are stained a purple/brown and I have more visible veins than I did when I started the long, expensive journey!! I have showed several people what to expect and they were appalled. I tried to go back for a follow-up but they don't operate like a traditional doctor's office. You must pay full price until your deductible is met...what???? I'm really disappointed. I had nicer legs before I went there.

So far, so good. I'm only half way through my appointments, but am very pleased with the staff's care and explanations every step of the way. I have been essentially pain-free thus far.

Staff is professional and appointments are always running on time. I’ve been very happy with my treatment plan.

The staff in the clinic is very nice and Dr. Garzon was great. Unfortunately he left. The USA Vein Clinic group is absolutely terrible. They mismanaged the practice. I've had them cancel appointments because they didn't have necessary supplies. I've had very late appointments because of computer problems. Now Dr. Garzon left and they have left me stranded in the middle of my scheduled treatment plan. Avoid USA Vein Clinics!!! Edit: I see your reply to my review. I did email that address, and fill out the contact form on your website and nobody has emailed me back. I've called 3+ times. The most recent call I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and then was told you're having system issues and I'll have to call back Monday.

Imagine traveling out of your way to go to one of these locations because no one answers the mainline and only one location shows it’s available on the website. I traveled a hour and a half in traffic to get there only to be told that I would need to reschedule because they have no Internet. No call, no systems in place for inconvenient situations such as this was enough for me to never go here again and that’s without being seen as a patient. First impressions really are lasting impressions. Do better!

Dropping my insurance in the middle my multi-visit procedure -- good thing I called, because no one at this office even had the courtesy to give me a heads up. Following up here as there is no way for me to respond to USA Vein's reply to my original review. I emailed Customer Service with my concerns OVER A WEEK AGO and have received no response. So for all those curious about this clinic and seeing USA Veins respond with a private customer service email line to direct customer complaints to, it is a lie and just a way to silence complaints. Funny because I am getting calls from the billing department multiple times a week... Clear where USA Vein priorities are.
