I just moved in a few weeks ago and I already love everything about the community. Everyone from the leasing office to maintenance has been very friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Anthony for his help with the water leak). My one big complaint about apartments is how noisy everything is but you don't have that here. I've been in places where you could hear a conversation word for word in the apartment next door. Here everything is muffled and really peaceful to me. One of the best things about the apartment is the amenities and closeness to everything. Its very close to a major shopping area so anything you could want is bound to be within a few minutes and if not the interstate is nearby so you can easily get around. Stone Point is in the heart of everything without feeling like you're living in the middle of an intersection. It has a community feel. I've seen people of all ages and people are always out walking with their partners or their pets. I'm really happy my husband and I chose to live here.

Shaista was really helpful and gave a virtual tour of the apartment we were interested in, listing out all the key details that we were looking for, like bright sunlight filled rooms etc. Unfortunately we were not able to rent the apartment due to no availability during our date. But the tour made us really happy so wanted to leave a review.

Currently have been staying at Stone Point for 2years and have had multiple issues with my unit. To make this even better a hurricane knocked down a branch on my car causing $6000 worth of damages on their property caused by the lack of operations doing due diligence to notice tress overhanging the parking spaces. Don’t rent here, outdated over priced and not worth your stay. Oh and one more thing we had no hot water and management suggest “ boiling hot water” lol.

Pro: Wonderful place ! Close to everything! School is up the street , hospital minutes away , mall , food , groceries stores , gas station . It's secluded from the busyness off of west/general hwy . Easy access on and off major hwys and freeways . Neighbors are quite and friendly . Club house is always clean and always smells nice. I love the lockbox mail for packages . Underground parking is nice too . Ample parking. Quite community during night time hrs. Definitely recommend at least looking if thinking about moving to the area. Found this place tucked away in a nice quiet area next to a 14 mile trail for people,dogs, and bikes. It's nice and secluded yet right next to a sams club and the Annapolis mall. Close enough to downtown but far enough to have little to no traffic. The staff is always kind and helpful. Big shout out to Jake in maintenance too. That man is always around and quick to fix whatever I had wrong. Overall a great place with friendly neighbors and lots of parking. Sad I have to leave.

A Hidden Gem! Stone Point is country club living, minus the golf, but with an outdoor swimming pool & indoor gym facilities. The grounds are charming & the club house is beautiful and serves as a community gathering space...& Is available for private functions as is the theatre! Apartment maintenance is speedy with excellent workmanship but I seldom need to contact them as appliances are top notch. .

Stone point has been amazing. They are so welcoming and inviting. I hope to stay for a long time. Their package system is great, plenty of hubs. The gyms are great. And I love they they have events at least twice a month! Very dog friendly!

I worked with Josie during my apartment search and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. The community was clean, luxurious and well maintained. Communication has always been a huge factor at past communities I've lived at and this team is great at it. Josie was professional, energetic and passionate about what she did. She took the time to answer all of my questions as this was a new area I've never lived in before now.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for Stone Point apartments if you are looking in the Annapolis area. The apartments are well-managed and very fairly priced. The leasing office staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. They have proven multiple times that they are willing to go above and beyond for residents. I am a military member that has lived in countless apartments all over the place and I can definitively say that the comfort of having an exceptional leasing office that genuinely cares for its residents is unmatched. Additionally, the maintenance staff are equally helpful and professional and always do a good job. 5 stars does not give Stone Point justice. Highly recommend.

All the staff are terrific. They really care, greet you by name, and try to make sure you are enjoying your environment. Also enjoy the get togethers which promote getting to know your neighbors and promote community.

Nice amenities including an outdoor pool, club house, gym, and business room. Great response times from maintenance. Apartments are spacious.

Jake is absolutely amazing and was so helpful throught my 6 years living at Stone Point apartments! He helped every way he could and was super time efficient!
